I’ve been living here for about two years. The fire alarm often goes off falsely and never at the right time. For example, today it went off at 4:00 AM, which was really annoying.

Our group of 4 with two young children stayed in a 2-bedrooms apartment for quarantine in January. The rooms are spacious and clean. The laundry, balcony, and kitchen with tablewares and small appliances were big big plus!!
The city view and the balcony is what I enjoyed the most. To be able to breathe the fresh air is exactly what we need during quarantine. We were so grateful to be able to stay in such a nice hotel/apartment like this.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Tenneille to the time we departed we were treated like family and felt comfortable immediately. The rooms were clean and bright, very well equipped and the level of pre-arrival sanitising and wrapping of all utensils very much appreciated. The room in general was exceptional. The kitchen had everything we needed (even a dishwasher!) and the bed was very comfy! Pillows soft and inviting. The view spectacular...with a wide and welcome balcony...arrrr...fresh air! But mostly, Annie and her staff are to be commended for a great job and for a warm and sustained welcome. Thank you Brendan for your help with finding my way in the car park!...and a really big thank you for recovering my mislaid earrings...Thank you Annie...you are a star!

We are currently staying here whilst in government quarantine. We have been so impressed with the staff, they understand how tough we have it and do everything they can to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
This hotel has a wonderful leader that is forward thinking, empathetic and has a great customer service mindset, Annie thanks for leading an awesome hotel.
When we entered we had such a welcoming reception, we were taken up to our room by a lovely officer and nothing has been too much trouble since then.
This is not a 5 star hotel but everything is clean and comfortable.
The food has been good, amazing in comparison to what I have seen at other quarantine hotels!!
Only helpful feedback I would give is for the hotel to get a few more plastic tables for those that need extra table space in their room for work.

It had chance to be a great stay but they failed. They gave me a upgrade. The room was super huge. However, lots of facilities weren't maintained well. Dish washer made abnormal noise. Washing machine also had some problems. Toilet smelled. Water was leaking from shower. Overall, the view was nice. Location wasn't too bad. Staffs were a little friendly,but facilities were bad. Some others had party downstairs which was very noisy.

Stayed for 14 days quarantine. Great amenities. Got 2 bedrooms, lounge, 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Great views as stayed on 18th floor. Very friendly staff even gave Christmas gift for our two kids, so kind of them. Food is okay but not that great limited options available but understandable during the pandemic. We are allowed to order uber eats or friends can drop off things.

Fantastic balcony views! Great location about a five minute walk from the central shopping district downtown. The three bedroom apartment was reasonably priced at around $200 a night. The apartment is rather generic but on the nicer side. Having a kitchen and laundry in the room was very convenient. Would stay again.

As a quarantine hotel it was fine. 2 large bedrooms, a lounge and kitchenette, laundry room and two bathrooms. One large balcony spanned the suite with lovely sunset views! Food was good and plentiful
