The location was great. The rooms are tired and in need of renovation though. On the second to last day our room was not cleaned well. Tea and coffee were not refilled, used glasses ware left out and beds very loosely made. Someone also dropped all of our cosmetic powder while cleaning and didn’t inform us - may seem like minor gripes but paying premium prices during peak season you could get better value elsewhere in surfers. I have previously stayed here and enjoyed it but the service seems to have gone downhill since then.

We loved the stay at this property and will stay again, if I am in Gold Coast. The property is at the heart of everything in Gold Coast. The rooms are very well maintained and suits the requirement of the visitors. The swimming pool, gym and spa are amazing as well. The parking is also not so expensive and is well priced. The only thing that I felt could be done better is to stop charging for things like toothbrush.

This hotel has a great location the staff are a bit slow for service and they don't have a front desk attention bell or anything like that the room we stayed in had a bit of light damage to the furniture and to the floor i don't know if this is the case in every room or just the room i stayed in but it is a bit unsightly especially when you pay a decent amount to stay here per night you do think they would up their game a little bit, very limited gym facility pool is a lot smaller then it appears in the photos.

However walking distance to most things in surfers paradise i would probably book the cheapest room i could here next time the more expensive rooms and studio rooms aren't really that great

Mantra provided great service! Everything we requested for room was delivered promptly within 5-10 minutes. However, parking was a bit challenging during the xmas break as lift was broken, and the studio rooms felt smaller than what was shown in the pictures.
That said, I really liked the overall experience—the staff, reception, parking, and pool were all great. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay here. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. |It’s in a fantastic location, great views, walking distance to the main street and venues. Staff were accommodating wherever possible. My only suggestion is turn up your breakfast Bay Marie's. The hot breakfast was always just luke warm.

Not a particularly large room. Disappointing to not at least see bowls, cutlery etc in the cupboard, only 2 mugs. As shown in the photos, definitely some issues with the room, but the balcony was nice and it was an alright room. You definitely pay for the location, not the room. However, great location near the beach and shops, super convenient. Paid breakfast was also pretty mid, everything just tasted stale and store bought, but it was food nevertheless. Can't complain too much, but next time I'll choose a cheaper place a bit further out which will probably be a lot nicer.

Rooms was ok. Had issues from the first instance like adjoining rooms not unlocked, phone not working, door key to enter room not working. It took days for their staff to attend and fix. Other than that the rooms were ok.

Buffet was alright, really basic compared to their competition, all my children asked to stay at other hotels next time as they found it sub par in comparison.

Day staff and concierge were lovely, the bar staff were poorly trained. Under staffed the entire time, closed the bar early which is really painful if you use their operating hours to support feeding the family, the night manager spent most of his time trying to chat up the young women and didn't support his team in service.

Not a terrible stay but won't be back, many better options for the same price point.

Pool was great for the kids though!

I had a great time during my stay at
Mantra Legend Hotel Gold Coast.

I booked the ocean view room directly
and I did use the late check out benefit until noon.

The room charge of the ocean view room
was affordable compared
with other accor hotels here in gold coast yesterday.

Since that I spent most of my time in the beach,
I didn’t use the gym and pool. However, it was quite
handy that I could borrow beach towels from
the reception directly.

The room is well maintained, and the location
of the hotel is perfect, which is highly
recommended for people who would like to
spend their time more in the beach than
staying in the hotel.

By the way , I used the public transport to arrive
here from Brisbane. Also, I didn’t purchase
the breakfast of the hotel.
