Had a wonderful stopover for work, tremendous location, absolutely wonderful staff. It was great. The lady that booked my room was ultimately the one that checked me in, her customer service skills were fantastic, I had worked at a mantra hotel as an assistant building manager on the gold coast for a period of time and have seen first hand many wonderful staff, and this employee created the whole customer service experience from the initial phone call. Congratulations to her and also management because your training sessions are obviously reaching their goals.

This is a charming small room with beautiful views of the marina. It's just a short walk to the club and the whale-watching boats. There are also lovely restaurants around the marina. The sunset cruise was fantastic. ||For added convenience, it would be helpful to have hooks in the bathroom. Additionally, a full-length mirror in the room would significantly enhance the space.

We just had 4 nights at the Mantra and everything about our stay was fantastic.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room (1 bed apartment), the amenities and how clean the place was. The establishment is obviously some years old but, from what we saw and experienced, it is very well maintained.
The staff were lovely: polite, kind, helpful with recommendations and were up for a friendly chat.
The location is fantastic and we got beautiful views towards Fraser Island and uninterrupted views of the sunrise every morning. It was great being close to the pier, market, plenty of eateries, and of course the beautiful beaches.

Had a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the marina which was great. A short walk to the Boat Shed club as well as other cafe & restaurant. Short drive to the esplanade for many other dining options. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

A truly lovely location next to the Hervey Bay Boat Harbour.
Room balconies offer magnificent views of the harbour and gorgeous pool area.
Friendly, helpful and honest staff (a big thanks to Jasmine for finding my lost luggage and to Ploy, Tanya and Dan for the beautifully clean room.)
Secure parking.
Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beautiful Hervey Bay Botanical Gardens.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mantra HB. The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfy. It was a beautiful marina facing room and lovely to wake up to the view each morning. The rooms are a bit dated now and probably need refurbishing. The only negative would be the step going into the rooms, it is a safety issue and should be addressed by management. ||Would we stay again.... yes, for sure!

The hotel is in great location & the staff were helpful, friendly & efficient, secure parking was good & easily accessible. But overall the hotel is pretty old and in need of a makeover. Our room while clean & tidy needed some maintenance. We were really put off by all the warnings about setting off the fire alarms when cooking or showering?

Very friendly and excellent customer service by the Mantra Hervey Bay team. Great location, lovely views and vista over the Marina & ocean. Ideal stay location for taking the day trips to Fraser Island and other outings. I stayed in tower one, on the top (6th) floor. Easy walk into town and plenty of restaurants and cafes adjacent to the hotel. The pool and deck area is ideal for swim & relax after a day of exploring. Well done & thank you for a great stay.
