The staff were extremely helpful and courteous especially on checking in giving us information about places to eat and what the place had to offer. The room was spacious with comfy beds. All amenities provided and thought of including comfy sitting area. The only thing that would’ve been good to have was a mirror within the room not just the bathroom. Best tv in any room I have stayed in. The roof top bar was lovely with nice gin! Thank you - would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good quality products used in the rooms for shower gel and shampoo. The club linked does a good buffet breakfast and dinner. There's also a restaurant linked who does good waffles. Location is good, plenty of parking.

Plenty of parking out front of hotel. Paid parking for secure parking.
Staff friendly & helpful.
There was construction in the foyer when we arrived, but couldn’t hear any noise from rooms.
Rooms were clean, spacious & had plenty of amenities - bathroom products, kettle, coffee, etc.
Rooms were quiet.
Check in & check out was quick & easy.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was well equipped but felt a bit pricey. $42/ adult for the buffet. This is great, there was plenty of food to choose from, I know the price is for ‘all you can eat’ but we would never be able to eat that much. Maybe there could be an offer for a 1 plate price.

We just had the most lovely stay at Mantra in Gladstone. The staff went over and above to help us in the back entrance of the carpark to allow space for our camper trailer to remain attached to the car. All of the staff we spoke with were full of smiles, so kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and very clean. Good movie options on the TV for the kids after a long drive. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

We really liked this hotel.
Reception staff upon check-in in were wonderful and very understanding and considerate of a request I made.
Room is modern, clean, comfortable and the aircon is really quiet.
Parking - open air in the club carpark unless you pay extra for secure parking. (Note: someone could still climb into the car park. Still best to remove all valuables).
The club area next to the hotel looks clean and welcoming.

Was great room and great price with safe parking.

Dinning was a weird dynamic, 3 different dining options on site each less than average, I think it could be great if you could just order a proper pub meal at one of the places instead of having a cafe that does some food but not others, a buffet that only does some weird food options.

Would stay again but will definitely go elsewhere for food.

Another amazing visit. Congrats to the manager Craig and his team. Reception and staff attentive, efficient, helpful. Rooms perfect layout. Used the conference facilities and again well organised with great tech. Can't wait to stay in the Peppers rooms.

We were driving through Gladstone moving from NQ to Brisbane, happened upon the hotel as map images looked like it would be able to accomodate our car & boat trailer for the night. Turned out to be an excellent room, price and multiple food options on site. We dined at the buffet and was impressed with the options available.
Staff were extremely helpful - nothing to fault.
