We booked this hotel as a half way meeting point with family and expected basic - but were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, lounge area and comfy bed. The furniture was maybe a tad dated - and marked easily. A wet tea towel, a coffee cup marked the furniture so we went looking for coasters etc which weren’t provided. The bathroom was also spacious. The shower pressure was good and hot but it is a high step over the spa bath to get into the shower. I didn’t like the toiletries - not my perfume choice - so I’ll just take my own next time. All the staff we encountered were delightful. Undercover parking was plentiful. The location was great across the road from the beach, restaurants and shops and next door to a nice club. One of our crazy grandchildren enjoyed the pool - it looked lovely and well maintained. We’ll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room service was quick and easy. We had the big massive beautiful swimming pool to ourselves for a while. It's as beautiful at night as it is in the day time. The bed was comfy. The rooms spa baths are cute, their jets are strong. Value for money. I'd happily stay there again.

As a family of 3 with very young toddler. The room size is perfect and has access to the pool which very convenience, super generous size balcony. Plenty of car space underground. Secure hotel, nice and clean. Definitely be back again 🙂

First visit at the Diggers Club.
Paid for 3 years to become a member. Only $10! Pleasantly surprised at this Club. Good deal on the weekly dark ale. Enjoyed Lunch with a discount at being a member. Lots of parking. Large Bistro, including an under cover outdoor area. It's a great casual venue.
Staff on the reception/front desk were professional and friendly. Special note that Paul assisted us on the day. A true people person and asset to the Club. So good to be greeted by a happy employee!

Reception staff were lovely. Room was old and dated. Terrible view over the car park. May is not a busy month off season so so it would have been nice to have at least a mountain view. Spa was good. And liked having kitchenett. Parking not secure which was a concern as we couldn't leave anything in the car.

I booked a weekend away to take my mum somewhere different and to relax. The resort was perfect for my mum - no steps or step inclines and close to everything.
The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely. The only slightly negative is the pool chairs are pretty uncomfortable but we just padded them out with towels - definitely didn’t take away from the fab weekend and would come again.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite - Pool-Ocean View. It was absolutely lovely to sit on the spacious (and shaded) balcony overlooking the pool and ocean and simply relax. The room itself exceeded expectations as well, it was spacious and included kitchenette and washing machine. Blackout shades for sleeping were very effective. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was delightful and really large, with plenty of seating in shade or sun depending on preference. The only negative I would say was the shower over bathtub. As a 50+ woman I found it a slip hazard with a very high bath-wall to step over when getting in or out of the shower. I would love to stay here again.

Good place for a relaxing weekend. We stayed in room 111, which was a pool side 1-bedroom suite (queen + double sofa bed) for 2 adults and a toddler:||The great:|- The room was poolside. A couple of steps across the balcony and through the gate and you'll be swimming in no time!|- The pool itself is large with a section for toddlers. Max 1.2m depth. The pool is not heated|- Fully equipped kitchenette with all the plates & utensils you will need for dining in. Microwave, kettle and mini fridge included|- There was a TV in the room, though we barely used it|- Large bathroom complete with what appeared to be a Jacuzzi, though this was not used.|- Hotel is centrally located in Ettalong and right next to the beach. Umina and Woy Woy a few minutes away by car||No complaints with the hotel. I would recommend
