We loved your hotel. The room was great, the staff were great.
Nicole was outstanding. The dining room was full, but each day she made us very welcome, she knew how we had our coffee , she got our order in front of the large groups. It’s nice to see someone actually care and enjoy their job.
Tim was also outstanding, impeccable service.
The dinner was very nice- we both had steak and it was perfect and great flavour.

Had an amazing stay. The room was quite spacious, with a balcony, which is a rarity in Tasmania. The staff were pleasant making me feel at home and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was great, and a special shoutout to Nicole Harris who went out of her was to give local recommendations, and even made the coffee just how I like it. (Sorry laid on the bed before I took a picture)

Excellent place to stay. Clean, tasteful rooms.
Service by all staff were really nice and helpful.
Breakfast was great - plus being served by people that enjoy their jobs with great personalities-maybe the best service we have ever received.
also dinner - steak was perfect, a great flavour

Location of the property is good and surprisingly quiet being a cross the road from the launceston hospital. Staff were friendly. Room was fine but the only chair in the room was very uncomfortable and the TV options were very poor. No cable stations at all. My room key was disabled after my first night which was rectified when I returned to reception. I rated my stay as satisfied but there were a few little issues.

Clean, spacious, comfortable & quiet. The room was a decent size with a high ceiling due to it being the old hospital. The rooms are almost sound proof with very little sounds heard from within our room. Modern bathroom with fantastic water pressure. Daily housekeeping & daily a la carte breakfast made for an easy & relaxed stay. We had a king studio which had a small kitchenette that served its purpose. There wasn’t much kitchen bench space to use, but the desk worked in place of it. Small TV with only local channels which meant no Fox/Kayo to watch sports. We were there for 9 nights which was a bit long given the chairs in the room were not particularly comfortable, so sitting to eat, read, watch TV or just relax was only possible on the bed. We also had dinner at the restaurant one night which was lovely with very attentive staff, but a little pricey. Breakfast included was great & staff were happy to alter the menu to suit your tastes & needs. Very happy with our visit, will be back again.

All staff are amazing, friendly and helpful ( we will miss Phil thou) . The accommodation is beautiful and clean. The food is so amazing and delicious ( I will post pictures if it lets me). Our experience all round is A+ and the best we have ever had. This will be our favourite hotel in the future. Also close to everything you will ever need during your stay.

We arrived in Launceston today to spend our second last night Tasmania. From meeting reception , to getting to our room. Everything went smoothly. Our room is light, furnished in relaxing tones.

Dinner was a spur of the moment decision. Our entree hubby and I shared very delicious, mains both ordered fish, both were amazing - fish n chips for me , hubby chose Salmon….the desert topped it off. Affagata came with actually choice of liquor .of course we both chose the same . Our waitress was top notch . She finished her shift but would recommend her services.

Tim gave outstanding service. Our compliments to waitress, chef and Tim. Top service. No complaints at all. Thank you.m

The hotel is located on a hill, and it looks like near other clinics and hospitals. Great if you're visiting the sick. Our room type was a basic studio. Great size, comfortable bed, and big bathroom. The kitchenette is fully stocked if you are staying longer than overnight. BUT the orange coloured chairs were disgusting! Stained and really brought the image of the room down. Tim in the restaurant was OUTSTANDING! The menu and the size proportions on your plate were well worth it. Local wine prices I felt a little steep. Like I said before, car parking here is free, and bonus if your on a budget.
