Clean, orderly and well run hotel. Our room had everything we need for a beachside holiday stay. The apartment was recently renovated and was well cleaned. Location is amazing, right across the road from the beach. Swimming pool was clean, warm and inviting. The system, where we could go to the reception and get the supplies and towels if we run out was excellent. Will definitely come back.

We stayed one night here and wish we'd booked for longer! The room was clean, bed was comfy, the bath was a good size and the room had a nice view of the (huge) pool. Both receptionists we spoke to were lovely. Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at our apartment. It was very clean and comfy with an extremely well equipped kitchen. A short walk to all Palm Cove restaurants and shops. The top floor apartment was very private, and had a nice view from the balcony. However, there was no lift, so if you struggle with carrying luggage up and down stairs then select the ground floor!

The lady on reception was amazing there was a real nothing is too much attitude about her and she made us feel very welcomed. I was expecting the resort to be a bit run down but the room and the resort was well maintained. I was disappointed to see that our room was at the back of the resort, but I was really impressed when I saw the room opened up onto a beautiful lagoon, there are no bad rooms in this resort. Thank you we had a lovely stay

Our room was exceptional and located right on the pool. The place was beautifully styled and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was easy and secure and it was a short stroll down to the other restaurants and shops. Wonderful location.

Due to nighttime closures of the road to Port Douglas in June 2024, we opted for a night at Mantra Palm Cove arriving mid evening and departing the following morning. ||||Checkin was welcoming. Accor Gold recognition was good, being kindly upgraded to a very spacious one bedroom suite. The suite was well maintained and very clean, however a little dated in parts (including a small basic/non-smart tv). The location was excellent - a couple of minutes walk to the beach and several cafes/restaurants.

Very impressed with the apartment we had. It was thoughtfully appointed and sparkling clean. The kitchen and laundry facilities were much better than the usual standard. The air con was very effective even in very hot and humid weather.||||The 3rd floor accommodation we had gave great views and privacy, but please be aware there are NO LIFTS, so if you struggle with stairs or carting your luggage up and down, then you should request ground floor.

We had an amazing and affordable stay in a ground-floor ocean-view apartment. The Mantra is very well located on the Palm Cove esplanade, and right next door to a great restaurant where we ate dinner and breakfast.

We will definitely be back for an extended stay next time.
