The reception staff were particularly unhelpful and rude.
The night concierge was very helpful and kind. I could have given 5 stars for the night concierge however the service I received and others before me at the front desk was so rude! I have travelled extensively and have never been treated so appallingly.

Pet Friendly at the Mantra in Albury appears to mean you pay way more and get one of the worst rooms they can find. My family was previously in the same industry and I have seen what humans without pets can do to a room.
Also when booking by phone I asked if the room was on the ground floor, which is what I wanted, the room as not on the ground floor there is as no ground floor.
I paid nearly $400.00 for 1 night, my pet and I to be treated with contempt and unhelpful service from the young woman at reception.

The people before me in the growing queue for reception sadly felt the same. ( they also had a pet.)
Greeted by the same disrespect in the morning by the same person. I felt like the place was “pet tolerant” at best, and if you had a pet you would be treated as a sub class guest. I would not stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mantra Albury, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.

Enjoyed an amazing overnight getaway with my wife at the Mantra Albury. A beautiful hotel in the perfect Central location. Wonderful friendly staff who made us feel like welcomed and valued customers as soon as we checked in all the way through to check out. We will definitely be back.

Previously stayed here, the location and room was good.

However, this time when we went to check in, we were only told then that the hotel facilities were closed for renovations. We wish this was advertised on Mantra's website when booking. We expressed our displeasure and hotel staff was apologetic.

We tried to reach a compromise by asking for reduced price. However, this was refused by the manager. Their justification was that their price already included everything i.e. breakfast buffet. But as per the point of this review, evidently the availability of the hotel facilities was not there.

Management was cooperative to ensure we had a full refund as a result of this. It appears management would rather lose 100% of a customer's booking than accept a potential customer's business at a reduced rate.

We really wish we could have stayed here again as we enjoyed our last stay. Hope to have a better experience next time we're in Albury.

If I could I would give a 6 stars to the staff Michael. My family checked in at midnight. I called for direction to get to the carpark and a warm voice patiently guided me. When we stepped in the rooms Michael called and advised on how to make the rooms into a suite. Then I discovered that I forgot to request two beds in each room. Michael tirelessly searched in the system for possible combinations of both interconnecting rooms with our preferences. Again when I requested additional bedsheets and prepared to go to the reception to get them given it was midnight, he came within minutes. Always with a warm smile and always helping with his heart I could tell. A BIG THANK YOU TO MICHAEL. And to everyone there who are both helpful and cheerful!

We had a very comfortable stay and were very grateful for the lovely upgrade. Great to see lots of changes happening there and we noticed a big improvement in the food quality. Always our preferred place to stay when we are doing a big road trip. Thanks for the friendly hospitality!

What a fantastic stay @ The Mantra Albury!||A beautiful, classy and chic modern Mantra in an ideal position in the centre of Albury just off Dean street.||||Amazing staff with a strong grasp of all the Accor plus tier levels and benefits. We were incredibly well looked after by front of house staff Lewis, the lovely Ms April and Tamara. ||||The Mantra Albury comes decked out with a dedicated secure children’s play area and business lounge for all your family and business travel needs, WOW!!||||Breakfast and dining was excellent and again the staff are really welcoming and attentive . The dining and drink options are great and I found the menu very reasonably priced. I had one of the best chicken Parma iv ever had and that’s no lie, it was just devine. Huge shout out to Jade, Jonathon, Juliette, Pradeep and Jung.||||Function rooms and bar area beautifully furnished and the hotel rooms were equally impressive with Panoramic views. Housekeeping do a stellar job with an eye for detail as the whole space is impeccable and a huge thank you to Justice & Kristy.||||The Mantra Albury also have 6 dedicated pet friendly rooms catering to those with four legged family with them. Coffee was great and it was equally impressive to see and meet the lovely GM whom very much was hands on and engaging.||||Secure parking underneath with lifts to reception and floors. Ultimately we have had a great two day experience at the Mantra Albury. ||||As a seasoned traveller and review authority on trip advisor I really value an establishment that values the guest experience and Accor membership entitlements, so we are over the moon to highly recommend a stay at the Mantra Albury. Best in town! We will be back 🙂

I am very impressed with the room size and the decor of this hotel.
Great location with all facilities.
Buffet breakfast was okay.
Decent place to stay for couple of nights during your work or holiday travels.
