We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was perfect for our family of 6, holidaying with multiple groups for a family wedding. The accommodation with clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the resorts multiple playgrounds and we loved that there was so much variety catering to our kids different ages, such as the soft toddler play area. A bonus that the kiosk was open every morning for coffee. Camp kitchen was also well equipped for our large group to meet up for dinners and fire pit was perfect for happy hour gatherings. We would definitely stay again maybe in summer to make the most of the beach just across the road.

We recently stayed here in the Mandalay caravan park. There was a big group of us staying here for my Son’s wedding in Busselton. We all booked different types of accommodation to suit each others needs. Everyone was very happy with there cabins, chalets and villas! We booked a cabin which was small but big enough for 2 people. The rooms were lovely and clean with very comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. The park was very quiet at night which meant for a restful nights sleep. The park was well maintained and lovely gardens! The campers kitchen was good and even had a heater in there for those chilly nights. The kids play room was well equipped to keep the kids entertained and the heated swimming pool was a treat for the kids too! The fire pits were awesome to sit around for a drink and a chat! The on-site kiosk was brilliant too! Lots of yummy food options and good coffee! The location was very handy to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Mandalay caravan park to all my friends and family!|I hope to visit there again someday soon!🤞🏻

Has to be one of the best parks we’ve stayed in albeit very tight trying to get the van out, had guidance going in which was great. Beautifully kept amenities, amazing camp kitchen with what would have to be the biggest heater I’ve ever seen that worked a treat $1.00 for 15 minutes. Looking forward to spending some time here in the summer with the beach being just over the road. Very very kid friendly with play equipment dotted all over the park. Excellent experience!

Five star from start to finish
Just wish we could have stayed longer!
Kids loved everything from the heated/solar heated pool, playgrounds and their holiday house!
Kiosk food wasn’t great but we came prepared with our own food so wasn’t an issue. Beach across the road, very accommodating for our boat parking. Thank you for a great stay and fantastic service from all the staff.

We had such an enjoyable stay. The chalets were really well set up with nice quality crockery, portable cot, etc and very clean.
Right near the beach, with a lovely path along the foreshore.
Excellent playgrounds outside and an indoor toddler playground and big grassy areas, food trucks took turns visiting over the weekend and the kiosk was open Thurs-Sun. Plus the office shop had key staple items.
The warm indoor pool was great for us and our 14month old and I can see how the outdoor pool and water slides would be great fun for the older kids. We will be back, this was fantastic! 10/10

Love coming! Have been 3 times in the last 8 months. Back again in November. |Love that the kids have so many things to do! Which makes the parents life alot easier.|Love that we can walk out and get a good coffee in the morning from the kiosk! |It's a good idea to take a torch, go find the possums at night! My kids loved it 😀

We recently went to Busselton for my son’s wedding. There was a big group of us staying in all sorts of accommodation in the park and everyone was very happy with there cabins, chalets and villas. The park was very quiet at night too which was perfect for a good nights sleep! The fire pits were awesome!
The kids play room and games kept the kids entertained! Also the heated pool was a treat for the kids too! The on-site kiosk was brilliant! The food was yummy and good coffee! The campers kitchen was well equipped and even had a heater in there for those chilly nights!
The park itself was well maintained and kept clean and tidy!
I would definitely recommend this caravan park to all my friends and family! Location is great too! I hope to visit Busselton again soon!

5 stars – The Ultimate Family Camping Experience!

Our stay at Mandalay on an ensuite campsite was nothing short of amazing! It struck the perfect balance between the fun of camping and the comfort of having our own private bathroom — absolute game-changer with kids! The park itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and packed with family-friendly features.

The kids were in heaven with the epic pool, waterslide, and playground, while we could actually relax knowing they were safe and entertained. There’s a great community vibe, heaps of space for bikes and scooters, and it’s all just a stone’s throw from the beach.

Mandalay made our family holiday so easy, fun, and memorable — we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend it to any family looking for the perfect coastal escape!
