I was very disappointed, the last time I was there , my massage was interrupted 4 times , the masseur took 4 phone calls during my session.That is unprofessional conduct .all they seem to care about is money and not good customer service. I personally, don’t recommend them .

My mother and I walked in for a massage. Firstly they wanted cash before we could proceed. My lady was listening to music through her earphones which I could hear during my massage , I had to ask her twice to turn the music down. In between shouting at a young kid behind reception, trying to get me to have hot stones then hurting my back, I got up halfway through and left... Wish I knew my lady's name. My mother said her massage lady was great!! ☹️

Seen Nina who works on Fridays, very professional and did a great job on knots in my back. Premises nice and clean but is limited room, but is warm inside on cold days. Worth a visit. Well priced professional service.

The lady who did my upper body massage was so good. I had a car accident in a go kart and had tight shoulders and a very sore neck. This lady got all the tension and knots out of my shoulders and neck. Best place for a massage will return.

Today at 10:20am I called (from Culburra beach where I was for the weekend) to book a 4pm appointment with Jason as I've been in agony with shoulder pain. Jason himself took the call and booked me in. A few minutes before 4pm I walked past on my way to get money and 2 female masseuses were at reception with the owner and a female customer. By the time I walked in, still before 4, the owner tried to deny I had booked an appointment. I had to point at my name on the bookings book, the first of two appointments at 4 - presumably because I called before - the other was an appointment for a couple who were already there too. I showed her my call log which shows I called 20min after they opened. The owner dresses down all three staff who had to leave their customers to come to reception to tell her they had done the right thing and she should listen. Jason acknowledged he had booked my appointment, but the owner in her greed, took in passers-by at the time of the appointments and was prepared to let me down in favour of the other couple because at the end of the day I was only 1 customer. Well, I had been there only last Thursday and the Thursday before, because some of the masseuse who I know by their names are good. But I will never go back nor will my husband who 8s also a regular, because I don't appreciate how she treated them today to safe face, and how she treated me to make more money.

Although a relaxing massage, seemed rushed. Staff speaking loudly over the top of each other especially the lady doing me. It should be a quiet environment. I'll think twice next time.
