I don't even have words to thank them for what they have done for the recovery of my lower back. I have had ongoing sciatica pain for almost a year and experienced a major flare up over Christmas. In so much pain, I booked in for a massage at Maestro Massage and was booked in with Raissa. She is absolutely incredible, and I cannot rave about her enough. As a qualified Physio in Brazil Raissa really knows a lot about the body. After feeling around my lower back and lifting my leg she urged me to book in for a scan on my back as she was concerned I had a herniated disc. I did so and she was 100% correct! MRI showed I have a severe disc herniation that was not picked up by a local Osteopath that I was seeing for months. I wish I had found Raissa sooner so I could have had these answers months ago. Her massages have been helping to relieve the sciatica pain and she has given me some recommendations with safe stretches I can do too. Thank you so much Raissa!
