Excellent value for the cost. Large room with large bathroom and balcony overlooking the strand. Very comfortable bed. Parking a little tight for larger vehicles. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. With in walking distance of restaurants along the beach.

I travel often and this was the comfiest bed I slept on in a long time. Everything a traveler needs is a very short stroll away and the rooms are well appointed we were greeted by a welcoming smile and enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet for such a prominent location and pool is sparkling and inviting.

Perfect location, friendly and helpfull staff, secure parking. Well equiped, e.g. laundry machine dryer, oven, you name it. Very comfortabale bed and pillows, clean. Shower water flow was amazing. A big shout out to Carmen the most friendliest staff evere. We will be back here again.

First time staying at Madison Ocean Breeze and it won't be our last. The staff are AMAZING, knowledgeable and friendly. The location is ideal as it close to everything - beach, walking paths, restaurants, parks. Whilst the rooms are a little tired everything is clean and fresh. We stayed for a week and were comfortable and happy. Undercover, secure parking is a bonus. The pool was the icing on the cake. We visited for the 2024 Australian Drone Nationals and a lot of the pilots enjoyed their stay here. Oh, great water pressure in the shower too. Highly recommended if you want something clean, air conditioned, closed to things and comfortable. We can't wait to come back.

Comfy bed and great location. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Lady in the office was wonderful, happy and very helpful. I could see the ocean from the balcony. Most things were a short walk away. Supermarket close by too. Only there for 3 nights but would stay again.

The location is perfect, just up from the Strand. Within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment has a full kitchen with a full-size fridge and cooker etc. The bed is super comfortable. The TV could be a bit bigger, but we are always enjoy our stay at Madison Ocean Breeze.

It’s the first time that I see this kind of TV in in any places that I’ve been staying.
Yeah, is 2024 going to 2025 and we still have the TV That’s like a 90s TV Black and white.
And the talk about the Cleaner it’s not there at all because I just checked the bathroom and you find that the mirror was not touched at all after the person checked out. it’s gonna be for long nights In this place.

Dirty old building needs a complete revamp. Walked in and asked them to make plastic bags off the smoke alarms. Had to wash all the plates cutlery etc on hot wash dishwasher before use. Mould evident everywhere and you can't control the aircon as it's locked by the building
