Spent a couple of nights there & certainly no complaints, the room was spacious even with 2 beds, shower room great, complementary tea, coffee & chocolate, clean & tidy. Continental breakfast good & unlimited. Staff friendly & helpful, had a problem with TV reception that was no problem, they fixed it promptly, thank you.
Certainly worth a stay.

At the check-in/out, the staff was really nice. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel before breakfast starts so we couldn’t enjoy it. About the room, all clean and the bed was confortable. Also, there were a little kitchen in the room with all that you need for a quick meal what was really useful

If you're after a luxury stay then you would be better choosing a more expensive hotel somewhere else. But if you want a cheap n cheerful hotel in a good location then this hotel is the one for you. The price includes free parking which is a big plus because all the street parking around the area is restricted and has pay by the hour parking meters. And with 4 EV charging points I could recharge overnight ready for my journey back home. ||Going out at night you can leave your car at home and walk to all the nearby bars and restaurants. It's even close enough for a leisurely walk to the city centre for cinemas, shopping mall shops and supermarkets.

Really spacious room. Great kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Price was really competitive. ||Good continental breakfast. ||Close to town with onsite parking. Heating was also good which was handy on the cold Canberra mornings.

Visited with a friend. Wonderful room, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and very well appointed with all you need in the kitchenette. Walking distance to resturants which are listed in the compendium. Breakfast included which had a variety of choices. Staff were so helpful and friendly. ||Great location on Northern side close to centre.

If you're going to Canberra, this is definitely the place to stay. Our room was modern and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free parking and location are ideal. And the included breakfast is exceptionally good. It was very reasonably priced. There isn't much more you could ask for.

Great location in the middle of centra Canberra within walking distance to great coffee and restaurants on Lonsdale and Mort Streets as well as shopping within Canberra central. Easy driving distances to most attractions as well. The facilities were clean and there was a comfortable bed and a good shower. All of this was great value as well!||||Only suggested improvements would be to add a safe into rooms so valuables can be locked away.

Do not stay here!
Even if you don’t check in, they won’t refund you. I had a terrible experience at their Brisbane branch and can’t help but wonder if this is a scam. Many others have had similar experiences—once staff are off duty, you’re on your own, no matter if you’ve paid in full. There’s no 24-hour reception, no real help, and no responsibility. Don’t end up like me, dragging your luggage through the city late at night with nowhere to go.
