Macy’s in Arden Fair Mall is a three story department store. I like to shop here because they are more convenient for me. They’re near my work.

I usually park my car in the rear parking garage. The parking on the first floor is a little more challenging to get parking than the second floor. The parking garage has a bridge connecting to Macy’s too.

The department store is easy to navigate. The men's section in the basement. The shoes, young women's clothes, handbags, and skincare are on the ground floor. The woman's clothes are on the second floor.

The salespersons at Macy’s are usually nice and helpful. But sometimes they’re short handed! Especially on the weekends or holidays.

New to the area so I've only been here a few times. My first experience was ok. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. Recently went to get shoes and it was a little busy. The associate seemed to be distracted. I had to ask her for the item I was looking for several times until she finally told me they didn't have the color I was looking for. Other than that it's a great looking store with lots of selection.

Hi, I used to be worked for Macy's for seasonal position in short term. Whoever those employee was unprofessional careers and involved into wrong way in 2020's and I heard on the news this month of 2025 that company is going to closing down and downtown. Same with my older sister used to be worked for Macy's at Sunrise she asked me give her ride with my brand new vehicle in during my marriage in past was good life. I drop her off for her 1st day of her new employee then last in couple hours then she came my house and shocked. Her lost her job opportunity. Ggrrr at Macy's

I haven't been to Macy's in years, but the experience was great. Even walking in the store, brought back memories of the perfume section. I had to buy a pair of men's pants and was able to try them on in the department and not have to go 2 floors up to the women's section. The Staff was very helpful and nice.

Even though the item I wanted was not available at this store,the sales associate Lori took the time to look it up and see if other stores had it. She was very pleasant and upheld the standard of customer service that I have always associated with Macy's.

Came in for some holiday shopping, sales aren't what they once were but that is everywhere. Shout out to the workers there. The whole store looked like it was hit by a storm from customers picking through things and not putting them back. They were making it presentable again, respect.
