Having recently moved to the area, I needed to source a skin therapist and massage therapist. Prior to arriving, a Google search introduced me to Macquarie Medi Spa, so it was on my list to try.
Last week I had the most amazing full body massage with Frances……the perfect mix of firm pressure and relaxation. This week I was fortunate to have a facial with Pru…….. extremely knowledgeable and an amazing practitioner.
The ambience of the spa is so calming,friendly and a haven from a busy life!
After having the same therapists for over 10 years, it was a daunting experience to have to find new ones……….Macquarie Medi Spa has not disappointed.

I have always loved Macquarie medi spa for facials and skin treatments but this week I decided to opt for a 85 minute massage with their new team member Marifel and OMG!
Absolute heaven!
I love a really firm massage where I can really feel the knots being worked out and Marifel delivered.
Cannot wait to go back for another!

I have been a client at MMS for maybe 20 years. I can not complain about the service. You are greeted with a smile and an offer of a water or tea. I usually deal with super Pru. OMG, the hydra facial is unreal. The skin advice is brilliant. (Not always good at following the advice) They sell the best sunscreen ever, Manola SPF 50.

I bought my sister a gift voucher for Christmas, she stated at her booking that $200 was her limit. Once she had to pay, the person doing her treatment she had charged her $320, they had added extra treatments without her consent. They added a head massage and 'new treatment' which is absolutely ridiculous, they never spoke to her about these treatments and just did them hoping to make a few more bucks. The woman that we spoke to on the phone was rude and obviously just money hungry. Incredibly rude woman just encouraging their staff to upsell without consent. Luckily I have a huge amount of girlfriends I can tell about this disgusting service.
