What a fantastic hotel!! Cannot fault any aspect of our stay. Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Room was so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was terrific. The kitchette was a bonus! Could not recommend more highly . This hotel is in a great location with many good restaurants at walking distance.

When we arrived mid-evening they put us in 505, a fairly decrepit room with a terrible wi-fi connection and no view over the opera house/harbour bridge. Happy to say this was rectified immediately the following morning when we were moved to 710, a far superior room with great wi-fi and views - 10/10 to staff for dealing with our concerns as quickly as they did. With basic cooking facilities, a supermarket across the road, a bus stop at the door and within walking distance of the opera house, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in central Sydney.

We have needed to stay in Sydney for a month and I cannot recommend this accomodation enough. All of the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location is the best I have had in Sydney, transport and accessibility to all amenities is right at your finger tips . We will definitely be back ?. Also loved the fresh Xmas tree ?

Outstanding location with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and public transport within very close proximity. All enquiries and needs are dealt with by a very efficient and friendly staff.|Our room provided all the facilities and requirements to cater for a a most comfortable stay. Even the bonus of a fabulous view of Sydney harbour.|We would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again and highly recommend it as a wonderful experience.

Always a pleasure to stay. Location is great , so many places to eat, transport convenient. Comfortable bed with a nice little kitchen area. Staff very friendly, arranged my request for disabled bathroom and explained all the local sites, restaurants locations. |Pretty quiet , minimal street noise

The staff and location set this place apart. Brilliant spot for our purposes and the room was well serviced and very clean. A comfortable bed with incredible harbour views of the hanger and opera house too!!! Just loved our short stay and wish it lasted longer. Will stay again for sure

This hotel is amazing in all aspects. Rooms, service and location are undoubtedly perfect but huge shout out to Mr. Paulo, the man in the front desk is such a humble, smiling person. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and guided for Sydney tour. A true asset to the hotel!

The staff are exceptionally polite, the rooms are impeccably clean and peaceful. The shower offers amazing water pressure, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I had the best night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and restful stay.
