Guests praise the warm welcome, delicious food and comfortable rooms. Great place to stay. Everything you could possibly need is catered for. Pip was so welcoming. We arrived at 11.30 to see if we could drop our bags, she was more than happy to let us do that, & said that the room would be ready by 12 & we could check in then. If you need a place to stay in Freo, you must stay here, I will definitely be going back. Oh & the Chinese she recommended was literally around the corner & the food was amazing.

Great place to stay. Everything you could possibly need is catered for.

This accommodation is beyond outstanding !!! I have stayed here a few times and never have i been disappointed. The staff are just fantastic always willing to go above and beyond to assist your needs, the rooms are delightful plus modern and the location is just perfect if i could give it 10 stars i would LOVE THIS PLACE .

The room itself is great. Nice bed. Plenty of room. The bathroom is behind a wall at the head of the bed, but the bathroom has no curtains or window coverings so plenty of light gets in early.

We had no hot water. I get that this is likely a rare issue, but after messaging the mobile number on the reception door (there’s contactless entry so nobody is there to help) and messaging the accommodation through Expedia I got no reply. I left it for a couple of days to give them a chance but have heard nothing.

It did spoil our stay as we were going to stay for the morning in Freo but without a shower we decided to go home.

Would have been happy with a “sorry about that” but have heard nothing. Pretty disappointing.

Second time we’ve stayed, once again it was a lovely few nights away from home. Rooms are big and comfortable, love the surprise extra outdoor shower out the back! Great location right in the centre of Freo… we’ll be back.

Great little hotel located very close to the centre of Fremantle. Its not perfect, but it is clean, it is comfortable, and it is great value for money. Very happy to be staying here and I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time I am in the area. Very quiet room, and so much better than I was expecting from the street view. Very comfortable and with everything that I needed. No need to worry about arriving within reception hours as you are provided with a code to access your room.

What a gem to find in Fremantle. Location excellent. Very clean and professionally presented room. The contactless admin was not a problem and we were given instructions by both phone and email that were clear and precise. Our room was a King poolside room, very spacious with a comfortable king bed that with the quiet location ensured a good nights sleep.
The ensuite was large, clean but the outside shower was a delightful treat that we enjoyed bringing back memories of Broome holidays. We have no hesitation in recommending Maand Up for a no fuss stay in Freo.

Handy location within a short walk to the main Freemantle downtown area. Comfortable and quiet room with great shower - hot and strong pressure. Friendly staff and owner. nice pool
