Great location, very close to the city. The service was absolutely perfect, and the staff at reception were super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. There’s a kitchen on the fourth floor, which is a lovely and spacious area. There’s also a relaxing lounge with couches where you can unwind. The room was really nice, and they cleaned the bathroom every day. The pods are perfect, offering all the privacy you need. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a few days in Brisbane if you’re looking for an affordable alternative to hotels

The staff were incredibly courteous and always willing to assist, which made my stay truly enjoyable. Additionally, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, kitchen, and entertainment area. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards.

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to all the places I wanted to visit. This, combined with the welcoming atmosphere, makes your hostel a place I would highly recommend to others.

The hostel is basically brand new, so it is very nice and clean. The pods are great and allow a lot of privacy. The location itself is convenient and close to the train station and stores, however, the neighborhood itself is not the best. The self-check in/check out is not ideal as there is still some kinks with that and it obviously does not allow you to ask questions/obtain information, however, the staff member on shift is usually available in the office behind the desk. If you prefer to stay at a quieter hostel, this would be the place for you, but if you prefer a more social atmosphere, I would try somewhere different.

The staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet in your travels. The pods and bathrooms are clean and the vibe is just very chilled. I had a fantastic one week stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hostel in Brisbane.

Great spot for a quick overnight stay or a weekend in Brisbane.
Beautiful new facilities and great staff.

Only downside for me, was the fan in the pod was a bit noisy.
Everything else was top notch

Honestly can’t fault the staff at all they were amazing! VERY CLEAN AND ON TOP OF CLEANING THE ROOMS! But…my only downside was it’s definitely not a friendly hostel, everyone is very to themselves and quite rude I thought. If it’s your first time travelling as a younger person I wouldn’t recommend this hostel as you might feel a little unsettled because of the people staying there. As a young backpacker this is honestly not what I expected considering it’s my first 3 days in Australia so it was a massive let down unfortunately. After the stay it was quite sickening that I paid £40 a night and wasn’t even allowed to call my parents without someone knocking on my pod telling me to put the phone down ? it was 10:30PM btw, other backpackers were cooking food in the kitchen at this time and also on calls etc. overall lovely staff, very clean just not suitable for people aged between 18-24.

The place itself is just great! Rooms are very nice with privacy and spacious lockers. Kitchen is great and spacious too. Other than that i didn't use much. I don't really like cities so location wasn't for me, but could be different for you!

I was just there one night in transit. Luckily I was on the ball as I was charged twice (prepaid on here, and another taken by the property day before check in). Once informed it was reversed immediately but just lucky I noticed. Bathroom was clean and nice to be able to close the door for some privacy. No locks on the pods and thin wall, but lockable locker for security. Was convenient by train to and from the airport
