I got my nails done by Tracy, not just this time but previously as well. I especially go to parramatta every month to get it done by her. She’s very nice, the place itself is very calm and welcoming. Overall really good customer service and I would highly recommend Tracy.

Accommodating and welcoming staff. Came during a quiet period, place was calm. Range of colours, good hygiene practices.

The only good salon in Westfield parra!!!! Their services, communication, staff and everything else is just amazing!!!! All u gotta do is show them a reference pic and you’ll get the same result!!! Highlyyy recommend this salon !! Even my very very short nails are looking good🤣🫶🏼

Got my nails done this afternoon. This is my first time here. I certainly will come back. The staff is friendly and very meticulous in their work. My daughter got her nails done too she was so happy and the lady who did the nail art is fabulous.

I was greeted by Jordan and he began the prep on my nails. He immediately guessed that I wanted something more dark because I’m a goth/metalhead 😂😂 We shared a lot of laughs, then Jessica took over and continued the service. She was very thoughtful and considerate, and she encouraged me to ask for what I wanted even though I wasn’t sure if they had the tools required to do it. I’m very, VERY happy with how these nails came out- I haven’t stopped looking at them!
