Not the best time, I went a year ago and got these French tips, colour wise was awesome but shaping and detail was awful. I decided to give it another shot this year and at first I liked them, I got just plain white and thought that it’s basically impossible to muck up but I was wrong. Again the shape was awful and the detail was uneven. Not only this but the lady doing my nails filed too much and filed into my skin, blood was dropping all down my hand and was only treated with a tissue and a “sorry”. I was in agonising pain which didn’t stop till days later, there is a scar. 2-3 weeks later now strange dots have appeared on my nails and won’t leave. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had the most amazing experience at luxe beauty parlour. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, and I can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The nail technicians have great attention to detail. The salon itself is spotless, with a great selection of colours. I also appreciated how they took hygiene seriously, using fresh tools and maintaining a clean salon. If you’re looking for a place that offers amazing service, a relaxing ambiance, and an incredible massage along with your pedicure, this is the place to go! I will definitely be coming back and recommending to all my friends and family

Such beautiful girls that deliver amazing results.
I’ve came a few times to get different services and were very happy on all occasions. I got my brazillian waxing done here by the young owner I have to say it was professional, fast and non painful like my other experiences. Liz and her remedial body massage was beyond my expectations. Lastly my acrylic nails lasted for 4 weeks with no problems and they did such a good job on them. Shapewise, lengthwise and paint job was all perfect

Went in this afternoon and asked for builder gel on my natural nails & removal of my old acrylics.
Instead they cut off my natural nails (I spent a while growing) and went over them with acrylic nails, which wasn’t what I wanted at all.
The lady that was filing my old acrylics down kept insulting them saying they were too thick & was getting visibly frustrated with the nails. She said I was going to get charged extra because my old acrylics were too thick.
And then when it came time to choose a colour, I chose one that had ran out (I wasn’t aware that it had) and she stormed off & got her other coworker to finish my nails. Was quite upset with her service.
Was upset when leaving as I didn’t love the nails (they are all different lengths too & not even at all) & it wasn’t what I wanted or asked for at all.
Will most likely not be going back.
