Almost two weeks have passed (not even quite two weeks yet)and four of the nails I had extended have already fallen off. I didn’t like the service from the start because it felt rushed. The nail technician barely even looked at my nails. To make matters worse, two of my fingers were cut and started bleeding. At first, I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but now, not only was the service poor, but the quality is also bad. The price is cheap, but I’d rather pay more for better nails and better service (Another thing, I called to book an appointment but it felt like my reservation wasn’t actually confirmed. They had me wait and then asked what I wanted done, as if I was a walk-in customer)

They were super busy coming into the Christmas period so there was a bit of a wait, but the service was still top notch. The staff, despite how busy it was, paid attention to detail and maintained client care and a cheerful disposition.
I'm very impressed with the way they handled pressure and still managed to produce such lovely nails on each client.
I've been to places here who aren't even busy and the work is so sloppy and disappointing. But this place comes highly recommended and rightly so.
Very happy with the service and will be back.

If you like being treated like cattle. Poor every thing you would think when you make an appointment you would be seen to not asked to wait outside because they are understaff and greedy. Nail techs(very rushed and under the pump) start 3 people at once & 2 different people doing nails just ridiculous anyways poor quality work, uneven finger nails, toes look like a chainsaw hacked at them… pretty bad. Good luck. Won’t see me or anyone in my circle.

Booked and sent photo of what I was wanting. They said they could do it and booked my appointment.
Got there 10 mins early and was told to wait… finally got in 30 mins after my appointment time only to be told my nails would be $170 and that I needed to wait for 2 clients to be done before the one person who could do my nails would be free…
Opted for plain nails and no colour because I had other appointments… what a mess! Acrylic all over my fingers, every nail is a different length and shape. My fingers are throbbing 7 hours later and keeping me awake…
The staff are rude, like horribly rude and even though they ask if you are happy with the shape ect, they get really rude and rough if you ask for them to reshape or fix anything.

Honestly, if finding a nail place in Hervey Bay is hard I will agree, but this place? Give it a miss and buy some Kmart press ones until one (ANY) of the other salons has a space for you..

Booked a pedicure with shellac and 1st ever acrylic application on fingers. They didn’t seem to be expecting me. Pedicure was very basic and extremely hurried, no massage or removal of dry skin however nails look superb and attention to detail was very present at painting time. Pretty impressed with the results of 💅🏼 Showed the staff a photo of what I was looking for as it’s a wedding anniversary event. The lady who did it painted free hand. Very skilled. Had 4 different staff look after me which was a little disconcerting as there’s no explanation or willingness to give their names. Will go back again and see how next visit goes.

AMAZING!! I had a pedicure here, and after seeing how much they value their clientele, I decided to ask for a manicure also. I just wanted simple polish, but after Li-Ha (sorry if I mis-spelled) saw my natural nails, she took the time to explain that I would get better protection (they are naturally long, and I wanted to prevent breakage with a hands-on job) with an SNS manicure. She brings out her own personal kit, and proceeds to give me an amazing manicure, whilst explaining how it works, and the process from here on out. I’m a total newbie to SNS 😂 We had great chats while she did it, and I’ll be coming back for sure. Love the level of care, professionalism, personality, and creativity here.

I’m actually happy with my nails. But witnessed several of there workers be so incredibly rude to customers- they over booked and treated customers like it was their fault.
