I had the most wonderful experience at *Lux Massage* in Sydney! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel instantly welcome. The ambiance of the spa is absolutely serene—calming music, soft lighting, and a beautiful, clean environment that set the perfect tone for relaxation.

The massage itself was outstanding! I opted for the *signature full-body massage*, and my therapist was incredibly skilled. They really took the time to listen to my needs and focused on areas where I had tension, relieving tight muscles and leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling like a new person!

The entire experience was top-notch—from the warm welcome to the soothing tea after the session. Booked a massage, showed up and there was no one there. The place was locked up still, I waited 10mins but there was no one. Why accept bookings, send 2 confirmations and not show?

NOTE: I see the reply from the vendor below and it is nothing but lies. I received no emails other than a confirmation and a "no show" - I also received no phone calls. I was at the right place as the door was unlocked and the lights were off, no one was there. I stood outside for 10 minutes and asked a reception near by if anyone was in the massage spa. Integrity is clearly something the vendor lacks and who wants to get a massage from someone they can't trust?

Unfortunately I was not happy with my visit. The room was cold, the oil used was cold and I came because of headaches. Since coming there it only became worse, could even sleep the last couple of nights. Would love to get my money back.
