As a local Lure is one of my favourite spots for lunch. Menu is varied and great location and staff as always friendly and helpful. Came for lunch on Sunday however and my choice of duck springrolls was not the best choice. Had better spring rolls from Coles. 3 Tiny spring rolls, didn't taste of any Duck and was like a mash filling. All i could taste was the pastry. My husbands fish and chips was pretty good though. Wont be ordering that again.

Although the food in these photos looks decent, the actual quality and taste is pretty average. What contributed to this negative review however was more around the experience than the food. We ordered and waited for about an hour or more till all our dishes came out, and when they did there was a wrong order, which was very disappointing. They did offer to remake the meal in 15 minutes however we had been waiting for so long we did not want to and just ate what we were given - which was pretty average and felt poorly put together. The head waiter or whoever was the person in charge dealing with us could learn a thing or two about more appropriate ways to talk to customers. Rather than go on the defensive about when our orders were made, or about the lack of staff, it would’ve been a more hospitable tactic to sway us with less defensive words and tone, and to use more understanding. Thankfully they did give us a discount by the end, but the experience throughout was somewhat sullied. We will not be returning and we hope this review is a fair depiction and rating of the experience we had, and will be acknowledged and rectified for future customers sake. (Note: we ate here on Sunday the 23rd Oct 2022)

Lovely setting for lunch, friendly helpful staff. Mid week seems not as busy as the weekends. Delicious, top notch tiger prawns, fish and chips and soft shell crab tacos. Great service. We went back! Local beer would make it perfect! Doesn't open for dinner

Beautiful setting and very attentive and welcoming staff. However, the food wasn't great and was fairly pricey. We both had breakfasts with avocado and the avos were not ripe, rubbery and tasted awful. The lovely staff didn't charge us for the avocado though

Nice area to have brunch on the waterfront. The views were amazing along with the outdoor breeze. The eggs benedict were delicious.

So far we've been waiting close to an hour, arrived 8:35 it's now 9:30
No breakfast yet..
Highly disappointed for an establishment that's right on the water for a Saturday am to be this 🐌 slow.. Sad!!

Up date.. as soon as I finished the post breakfast starting arriving..
Kids ordered toast with peanut butter, they couldn't put it on but brought a packet..
Let's see how the rest of the Breakfast is?
I did forget to mention that the restaurant was at 1/2 capacity of people, hate to see a full load.
We were not impressed with the food, it was subpar at best..😔
