I recently visited Lumi Medispa Clinic for a double chin correction procedure and papilloma removal. I was very pleased with my visit and would like to share my impressions of the clinic.

Convenient location

Lumi Medispa Clinic is conveniently located, it was very easy to find. In addition, there is a convenient parking lot next to the clinic, so there were no problems with parking the car.

Cleanliness and atmosphere

When you enter the clinic, you immediately notice the cleanliness and comfort. The premises are bright, stylish, and everything is in order. The room where the procedures are carried out is also very clean and comfortable - you can feel a serious attitude to sterility. Pleasant background music sounds, which creates a relaxing atmosphere and helps you feel calm.

Modern equipment and sterility

The clinic is equipped with modern, high-quality equipment. I noticed that all the instruments are sterile, and the staff carefully observes hygiene and sanitary standards. This inspires confidence: you feel that you are in safe professional hands. The equipment looks new and technologically advanced, which indicates a high level of services provided.

Professionalism of the staff

I would like to separately note the professionalism of Dr. Elena. The procedures themselves (double chin correction and papilloma removal) were carried out as carefully as possible, with great attention to me as a patient. The cosmetologist explained each action in detail and answered all my questions. Dr. Elena proved herself to be a very competent specialist. She explained the procedure in detail, prepared me for each stage in advance and did everything to make me feel comfortable during the treatment. In addition, Elena turned out to be a very pleasant person - it is easy to communicate with her, which significantly reduced my anxiety before the procedures.

I am very glad that I trusted the specialists of Lumi Medispa - all services were provided at a high level. The result exceeded my expectations.

I owe Dr Elena this review for a very long time, felt guilty now. Trust me, you are in good hand, someone who is truly honest, no push sales and only tell you the truth when you need any kind of treatment or when you don't. If a treatment does not work, she will not even provide you such service! She even said to me " you don't need to come anymore"!

I came to her because I had severe cystic acne, without talking much, she went straight into treating me and prescribed me medication and referred me to othe doctors beyond her services that she thinks I need it. I am very grateful for having to have known her. She is also very honest in pricing which is very reasonable too and let you know in advance.

I had a large mole on my face ever since High School and recently took the step to see what my options were in terms of removing it. I contacted Dr Elena at Lumi in North Sydney and asked what my options were. She was very informative and was quick to reply with any answers I needed. When I got there, she attended to me almost immediately and talked me through the process. Everything took about 20-30 minutes and didn’t feel rushed at all. I asked her about my skin in general during the session and she was thoughtful about additional advice she gave me. Overall, the process and her clinic is comfortable, immaculate and professional.
