Very disappointed in my nails I paid $90 for my nails to come out wonky, different lengths and thicknesses of builders jell. I had 4 different people work on my nails at different stages so I had to explain what I wanted 4 different times only to leave with nails that look like they were already 2 weeks grown out, over spray not cleaned off and no cuticle oil put on. I understand these places get busy but this is just poor service. The last person who did the ombrey was nice and made sure I was as happy as I could be with the colours, but if your not comfortable to give a design or something don't give something sub-par charge them $90 then get people out the door.

I have had 3 services so far at this salon and the last 2 have been BAIB nails with tips. Honestly I absolutely love them. I've already got my next appointment booked. I love the nails. My only thing I can say in anyway is I wish sometimes they would slow down and listen when I ask them to shape them a certain way. But otherwise I've been really happy with the outcome.

Edited to add... thank you for responding to me. I had to update my booking for a new set. I had several nails com off a week after having them done and then more over Christmas day. So now I don't have any on at all. Sadly they only lasted under 2 weeks. 😭

Amazing staff! The pedicure was so relaxing, and my feet feel amazing—soft and smooth like never before. I also tried the builder gel. My nails look flawless! The staff were super sweet and really made sure I was happy with everything. Can’t wait to come back again!

I've been three times now and genuinely the best nails I've ever had both design wise and quality work. Both designs I've had have been beautiful, the people are so lovely and the space is relaxing.highly recommend.

Disappointing Experience with Overbooking and Rushed Service

I wouldn’t recommend making a booking at this salon, as they seem to consistently overbook themselves. At one stage during my appointment there were 19 customers in the shop being attended to by only 5 nail technicians.

When I was finally attended to, the service felt rushed and impersonal. I had booked both a manicure and pedicure, but after an hour and 10 minutes, I left with only the pedicure done. The nail technician spent only 15–20 minutes on my pedicure and was juggling between three different customers during that time. This gave the entire experience an unhygienic and chaotic feel.
Even though the staff were extremely overbooked they kept accepting more and more customers.

Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t return or recommend this place to others.

Further information-
It is now four days since I wrote this review and I now have an infection in my toe during the holiday period and it is extremely painful. I wish I had of listened to my instincts and walked out of this business when I knew that they were overbooked and too busy to be hygienic. I am now paying the price for that! My one star rating is way too generous.

Best place in town, highest rated for good reason. Nail techs are friendly nice people. Job done quick, book ahead! Can be busy because they are so great at what they do!

I had a walk in foot spa/ pedicure. It was fabulous. The young man was gentle and attentive and did a wonderful job. The massage chair during the treatment added a lovely level of relaxation. The place had a lovely vibe with staff who all seemed to be taking pride in their work, not just churning customers through.
Highly recommend.
