Ridiculous business. I had a booking with them a week ago but owner disappeared when I arrived at the venue and ask where exactly they located. No response after 30 minutes of waiting, I guess they just don’t care losing a client and pays no respect people’s patience or time.

Lulus service is super good ,both staff and owner do very professional job for facial , fully satisfied, this is the first time I did facial in australia, before I came I thought I wouldn't find any place Here like I had in asia countries, to my surprise, lulus service is even better, with that service I think it's worth the money, will come back again for sure.
