I had the pleasure of attending a performance by the French-Italian concert pianist, Ida Pellicoli, at Lucas Parklands in late July. The experience was truly enchanting. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the venue, nestled in the stunning rainforest, added an extra layer of magic to the afternoon. Ida’s beautiful music resonated perfectly with the serene surroundings, making it an unforgettable experience. This was my first visit to Lucas Parklands, and it was absolutely wonderful. The owner, given numerous opportunities to rectify a booking made based on LOCATION misinformation, refused.
We are taking our dissatisfaction further. Misrepresentation of property location & facilities is paramount.
This individual refuses to refund us, even though her website information led us to believe that we had booked in close proximity to cafes & restaurants. Then, rather than compensate us, she offers pick up & delivery, to a PIZZA place.
We are 70 + Years Old. It's our Wedding Anniversary, we can't walk long distances & we can't afford to be ripped off by false advertising. This is so wrong! Do not book to stay here! The owner has no compassion & does not yet understand the power of customer reviews.
That's gonna change now!
DO NOT BOOK HERE. NO FLEXIBILITY, POOR & MISLEADING INFORMATION!

Update.
We contacted STAYZ & complained. They investigated & we were given a full refund. Our anniversary was ruined, but the fact that we were able to prove that the owner deliberately misrepresented her location by kilometres, took the sting out.

Neighbours were very noisy..its the first place we've ever been where there was no wifi..that was a huge inconvenience for us!! The bed was very hard.. My wife woke up with sore hips both mornings...there was green mould all over the deck and spider webs everywhere..we were woken up all throughout the nights with sticks falling on the roof..it was a very unpleasant stay at this property..we would not recommend to anyone and will never stay there again....
