My wife and I chose Loxley on Bellbird Hill as our wedding venue and it was absolutely incredible! Erin and the team worked tirelessly to ensure every request we had was met, not only on the wedding day itself, but in the months leading up to the wedding. Erin always acted friendly and professionally and truly went above and beyond for us. As for the day itself, The venue is beautifully situated, private and classy. There is enough parking in the onsite car park for all of your guests. The food was gourmet and the service was impeccable. The rooms were beautiful and all our guests (including ourselves) were so comfortable and very impressed. We received countless compliments from our guests on our choice of wedding venue and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue to visit Loxley.

I wanted to write a letter of thanks to the whole team because honestly, it really was the best day, went without a hitch and all of our guests have commented on how amazing the food and service was.

To start, thanks to the chef for being so accommodating with the menu. To be able to cook scallops and steak for so many people and to get it perfect is quite amazing. People also raved about the salmon and I know on Table 6 there was a fight as to who got what. Also the range at breakfast was so hearty and filling and it was so great to catch up with everyone the next morning.

To Serina and Kelly, who kept a smile on their face the whole time (over those long hours) and nothing seemed to be a problem - lots of great reviews on the cocktails (well done they were perfect) and I know for myself they were very attentive to what I needed and things just got done, I felt completely at ease all night.

Steve the DJ/MC was fantastic. Not only did he use our playlists, got all of the entrances right but made sure everyone got up and danced, he just helped to create great energy for the evening.

Most of all thanks to Erin, you answered all of our questions no matter how silly, were very responsive and especially during our final meeting taking the time to go through all of our options and especially talking through the main meals (and advising to do the salmon course) we really appreciate that so much. I felt like you were everywhere all at once on the day from making sure our entrance worked, that we had food during photos and just that everything ran smoothly, was such a relief and the reason why we booked Loxley.

Loxley just knows weddings, so if you are looking for a 1 stop place, that your family and friends to just get away and relax and also that you can relax on your wedding day and most of all at a reasonable price, book here.

Stayed here for a family wedding. Accommodation options were great, we shared a 9 bedroom house with enough privacy for everyone.
The reception venue was stunning and we all enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere.

Wow Wow Wow!!!! Where to start!! We have just had our wedding at Loxley- from start to finish the team has been absolutely incredible! Even with a coordinator leaving and a new one starting halfway through our wedding planning, it was absolutely seamless!

The team were so helpful every step of the way, answering all of our questions and requests!

The day itself went along like a dream. From the coordination, to the bar staff, to the wait staff. We were never left without food and drinks. Absolutely incredible service.

And to Chloe. Our superstar venue coordinator! I know from experience, it’s not easy to take over a wedding half way through the planning, but your finesse made it effortless on our end! So Thankyou!

Cannot express how grateful I am for the Loxley staff and grounds for providing the most beautiful wedding that I could have asked for.
I have family who flew from nz, accommodation was easy and well looked after.
Our wedding day ran so smoothly, we had absolutely no slip ups and the food was amazing.
Can’t thank the Loxley enough for such a beautiful day that I get to keep in my memories forever.

WOW! Where do I even begin. From the moment my husband and I saw the venue we didn’t just fall in love with the venue and stunning views but also the staff. The staff have been an absolutely amazing especially Erin who has always answered every call even when I ask a million questions constantly (and can be super annoying lol). Chloe has been amazing as well during our planning stage. I can’t thank all the catering staff and Loxley staff enough. You made our day the most special day of our lives. We can’t wait to come back for our 1 year anniversary! We love Loxley !

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of marrying a special couple in the lovely surrounds of this excellent venue. The management and staff were super friendly and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. The set up of the reception room was elegant, and the food superb! The deck where I performed the ceremony was charming and intimate, but with room to include up to 60-70 guests, enfolded by greenery, overlooking a spectacular view. Neat and comfortable chalets were provided on either side to accommodate all of the family and bridal party, making it so easy to enjoy getting ready before, and crashing after the celebrations. I would highly recommend this lovely venue to anyone.
