Extremely disappointed. My lash extensions fell out within 24 hours. I've been a satisfied customer before, but this recent experience was a total failure, and I received no response to my feedback. Cannot recommend lash extensions here.

5 weeks of tanning oil, hostels, diving, swimming, salt water and humidity later and my lash extensions still look like they could be a fresh set. My lash technician was super patient and catered to both my requests and used her own judgement on my eyeshape, preference etc. Favourite set that I’ve ever gotten. Only disappointment is that they don’t have a UK branch - see you next time I’m in Sydney (:

I have been going to Love Those Lashes for over 5 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Deb who owns the salon is wonderful, always ensuring the customers receive exactly what they are wanting. The customer care is fantastic. All the lash technicians are excellent.. Katriina in particular does an amazing job! I get so many compliments! I wouldn't go anywhere else 💜

This is the first negative review of a business I have ever posted and attempted to come to an agreement with the business prior to posing a public negative review.

I attended for a lash lift. The first attempt resulted in spider leg looking eye lashes and had to be re done. The second attempt was better but still very poor. As I was not satisfied with the result, I sent a private message of my eye lashes via social media in an attempt to resolve the issue privately.

I was advised that the treatment was discussed with the girl who did my lashes. The girl said my eye lashes didn't take the first time and that they were redone. I was then advised that I could have my eye lashes straightened a week after the session free of charge.

I enquired as to whether I could receive a refund for the lash lift because if it was so bad that we now have to schedule an appointment to have the treatment reversed. I was advised that they do not do refunds for treatments.

After 1h 40min in their store, I now have to go back to have the treatment fixed, with no compensation/reimbursement for the unsatisfactory treatment.

During the treatment, I ended up having my lashes done between two girls. I didn't see either of them wash/sanitise their hands prior to the treatment, nor did I hear/smell alcohol hand gel being used during the session when the girls swapped over. A bit concerning given they are treating the eye area.
I completed the questionnaire online prior to the treatment on my phone while the girl was standing at the treatment table, and after submitting the screening questionnaire she proceeded with the treatment without having reviewed my answers prior to starting the treatment.

Not impressed, will never return, and would never recommend.

In response to your reply:
Never once was an offer to re do the lash lift given - see images of the salons responses.
You had to do the lash lift twice as the first attempt was completely unsatisfactory - see images of the second better attempt and one can just imagine how bad the first attempt was.

I didn't mention anything about linen, equipment or lamps. My comments were with regards to hand hygiene. Even with eyes closed, one is able to ascertain whether a therapist moving from one patient to another has sanitised their hands with antibacterial gel from both the time it takes to go from one person to the other, smelling the antibacterial solution, and hearing the therapist rub their hands together.

Lastly, I paid $95 not $80 for the lash lift. If you as the salon owner think that this is spare change thus not deserving of a review that reflects the service provided, then why not just refund the money as I the consumer requested, and close the matter privately.

I am not trying to slander your business. I attempted to resolve the issue privately prior to posting my review taking into account any rectifying actions on your behalf. It is your comments which are false as evidenced by the chat thread.

The best salon in Sydney to get lashes. I have been going for years and now see Lauren monthly who is brilliant at getting my lashes looking stunning but also natural. The salon is beautiful and so fun with such a warm inviting feel. The owner Debra is so welcoming and always gets my appointments booked in! Thanks Love Those Lashes for always making me feel so glam when I walk out the door. x

Have been visiting love those lashes for years, leave the salon satisfied every single time. Girls are lovely and nail the design for my brows and lashes each time. Have been going to LTL for years for lash extensions, eyebrow wax & tint. The girls are so welcoming and professional. Best service and natural looking lashes I’ve ever had. (Always receive compliments asking if my lashes are real!) They also take great care of your natural lashes ❤️ Couldn’t recommend enough.
