I’ve had massages from Kate, and she always knows exactly how to release muscle tension. Her skills are incredible. I never feel sore the next day, just lighter and more relaxed. We found Michelle while searching for a solution to my son's ongoing skin issues. He was constantly covered in rashes, and whenever it flared up, we were often given steroid creams. While they worked for a few days, the rashes would always come back.

Michelle was a game changer for us. She took the time to really understand the root cause of the rashes and shared her wealth of knowledge with us. Thanks to her genuine passion and expertise, my son rarely experiences flare-ups anymore. We also decided to do a hair test to pinpoint potential food and product triggers, and the results were eye opening. Had a massage with Kate last month and it was one of the best remedial massages I’ve had since moving to the coast 5 years ago.
I’ve been trying to find a remedial massage therapist ever since moving up and just had never quite found one that got it quite right for me. Kate listened to what I wanted and stayed away from the areas I didn’t want her to go near (which everyone else just ignores) all in all I couldn’t be happier.
She gave a more oiled massage than some of the other therapists I’ve seen, which again is better for me and my amount of body hair but it may not be your cup of tea if you prefer the dryer massage style maybe just pre empt that before starting.
I’m not one to waste what little disposable income I have on poor therapists so I’m glad I found a good one. In fact I’m about to walk into my next massage with her now.

Just had a massage with Michelle as Kate was booked out till the end of the year and it was superb!
Their massage styles compliment each other as they are similar but different enough to feel a difference. Michelle does give a more dry style massage in comparison to Kate. Im not easily won over by remedial therapist skills (seeing i have required remedial massages since i was 14 and was married to one for many years, ive seen my fair share over the years, both great and terrible) but both Kate and Michelle are brilliant!

So much to say! I met Michelle through a mutual friend at a women’s retreat last August and doing her 6-week Health Mastery Transformation Program (twice!) was instrumental in changing my life at a pivotal time. Michelle is very friendly and warm in her approach and I felt heard, valued and cared for the entire time. Michelle’s holistic approach to health was transformative. With her current knowledge, thorough assessment and passion for healing, I was able to reassess my health physically and address crucial changes that needed to happen. Dealing with the emotional and mental health challenges with accountability helped me feel gradually healed and empowered to move forward with my life. Wow! If there were more stars I would rate them higher! I have been seeing Michelle for a while now. I was in a lot of pain today and decided I would give Kate a shot. I cannot recommend any one other than Michelle and Kate. I won’t go anywhere else, does not matter how desperate I am.
