Food was very good, service was good too.
Would happily go back there. Only let down was not knowing what some of the ingredients were on the pizzas. Just took a little long with Google.

Yummy takeaway options and delicious coffee. Oh and you must get the mini bacon and egg rolls, just please don’t take them all before I get there 😉

First time dining here and will be back. Ordered the Lot 88 dish, was delicious and came with a small mocha which was smooth and just perfect. Staff are absolutely lovely and the owner was so kind, Adam let me order brunch over the phone before the kitchen moves to start working on lunch (11am). Quite the gem in this area!

This is by far the best cafe I have been too.

I had a friend of mine who had been before and told me I needed to try it. I drove an hour to get to Lot 88 and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!

As soon as I entered the cafe the service was absolutely unbelievable and the design and vibes inside were unreal.

THE FOOD!!!! It was the most delicious feed and I’d rate them a 10/10

I will definitely be coming back and I couldn’t recommend coming here more.

Thank you to the lovely staff and service. Such a great experience.

This place is tucked away amongst an industrial estate. It's modern, with an industrial feel. The staff are friendly, and will help when ever possible. The coffees are always amazing. This morning I had the smashed avocado with extra bacon. The avocado was seasoned well, you could taste a hint of lemon juice that bought a freshness to the dish. The seeds gave the dish a nice crunch, and the eggs were poached perfectly.

If you want to have a nice breakfast, take a drive and try the place. It's not often you find a nice cafe in an industrial estate.

I'll come here again
