I had an amazing experience at Loose Endz! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. My stylist, Alana, really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions to suit my hair type. I’m beyond thrilled with my cut and color—it’s exactly what I was hoping for! The attention to detail, the high-quality products, and the professionalism of the team were all top-notch. I’ve definitely found my go-to salon and can’t wait for my next appointment. I hope to write a fair review, however I have to be as honest as possible. My appointment started off with someone who seemed very uninterested. I got a full wash, treatment, cut and style. Washing my hair was definitely an experience, my scalp was scrubbed within an inch of its life and treated very poorly. When it came to the cut… well, you can see in the photos below. I asked for curtain bangs, what I received was very much NOT a curtain bang. When I messaged the salon they had me come back in but there’s only so much they could do without having to cut it much shorter. I then left, gave it a week to try make the best of it and decided I didn’t like it. It wasn’t what I asked for at all and even then, whatever they did was horrible. I rang up and was offered a $12 refund ($178 appointment total) and that was a “curtsy” as they have a “no refund policy.” My overall experience as far as the salon itself goes is that it’s a lovely calm environment however due to my experience with this particular stylist I could never recommend it.

First time going to Loose Endz and the staff were amazing. I had my 10 week old baby with me and the staff were welcoming and made me feel so comfortable taking her in! Cannot recommend this salon enough !

Very friendly staff. Had just a quick trim, wash and straighten but very happy with the finish and price. I will be back to get my hair dyed and styled in future. 🙂 Definitely recommend.
