My sister stayed here for two night. We have absolutely not one complaint !! Great very clean room, linen was lovely and bed super comfortable. Great outdoor area very cosy. Facilities were great!
The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us.😊 Lene and Mona

We stayed xmas night. Great room, super comfy bed & lovely bathroom. Great spot for couples. Very accommodating & friendly staff. And finally great location, we really enjoyed walking along side the river.

I had difficulty contacting someone to confirm the extra night I had booked when a rang the local number. I left messages but I did not get a return phone call. When I finally did get an answer the person I spoke to was difficult to speak with. I tried to explain that I needed her help to confirm that they received my booking and could stay that night. I was accused of being rude and other things. She became angry and told me on two subsequent phone calls that she had canceled my booking and that I had to get my things out of the room immediately. I told her that the money for the room that night had already been taken out of my account. The woman became so angry I went straight to the hotel and removed my things. When I handed her the key she said I was lucky to get a refund. She then filmed me with her phone as I was leaving in my car. I will never stay here again. I have never been so horribly treated. Also when I booked I was fooled into believing that the site on line I was on was the official site for Loea. It turns out it was not and I paid about and extra 70.00 per night.

Not for me. The bedding is comfortable and the rooms are clean, but if you're a light sensitive sleeper like me, the place is lit up like you're in New York ALL night long. There are 2 extremely bright lights on each porch that stay on all night & cannot be turned off. It is literally brighter than daylight. I tossed & turned all night. Yes, there are blackout curtains, but the light still comes in around the edges. At the very least they should let people turn off their own porch lights, or put in some muted night lighting, or even sensor lights. Even aside from the porch lights the whole place is lit up with bright lights all night long. If you prefer to sleep when it's dark without unnatural light streaming in on you then I would avoid.

All in all a very pleasant stay. Rooms were somewhat spacious. We had a king room which includes a TV with netflix, little fridge with mini bar, free coffee & tea facilities and one small 150ml milk box available. The kettle didnt fit under the tap which was a bit inconvenient but plenty of other ways to get water in the kettle 😉 Room was super soundproof which was fantastic! The swimming pool was comfortable. Supermarkets 5-7 minutes drive away. The room was a bit on the pricey side. We paid $315/night. Asked for a bit later check out and only got half an hour extra when we checked out on a Sunday. Facilities still new enough. Reception is out of a van. Nice little grass cozy area. Service was ok. As mentioned all in all a nice stay.

I stayed here for 1 night and only booked about and hour before arriving but this was not a problem for Becky who was filling in for managers while they were away. The whole place was spotless and the refurbished was great and very modern. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Loved the caravan there for morning coffee and night time cocktails and the outdoor entertaining area was lovely. Special mention to Becky who was run off her feet cleaning and doing drinks and keeping me company. What great hospitality. I will be back 👌

We stayed for 6 nights in room 10 in this lovely motel. It’s situated on the Maroochydore river on Bradnam Ave Maroochydore. The road is quite busy through the day but very quiet at night, out of the hustle and bustle of Maroochydore. There’s a great pathway across the road for a great morning walk. There was coffee and tea in the room but the manager Rhonda has a great coffee machine and beer/cocktails in the coffee truck. There is also a mini bar. Our flight home was cancelled on the morning we were due to fly out and we had to stay an extra night which was no trouble at all. The rooms are so comfy, our king bed was great. The tv has Netflix which came in handy when a storm struck the area and we were confined to our room. We managed to get a swim in the magnesium pool, albeit cold but it is still September.

Absolutely love Loea! Initially we only booked for one night when a family member was in hospital. That turned into two nights, then three nights. The manager Rhonda was absolutely lovely to deal with despite our tricky circumstances, always helpful, kind and easy to talk to. Then the rooms...oh how divine! The coastal vibe upon entering instantly helped us relax. The mattress was super comfortable with quality bedding (I had better sleep here than at home!). The toiletries in the bathroom was luxurious and supported local and the rain showerhead was divine. The rooms were spotless which was great for a germaphobe like me. I really didn't want to leave! We didn't have time to use the pool or outdoor area but it looked like a great place to relax.
