being told there is a 90 minute wait for meals was not a good start, children cannot wait that long. maybe limit the number of tables or stagger eating times to 2 sittings? the kitchen is just not big enough for number of customers. when the food did come it was excellent and service outstanding for a pub, but not a family choice with those wait times.

Recently done up. Great. environment is nice. Food is now MUCH more expensive than it was ($33 for chicken schnitty) but is still bl00dy awful. I have easily eaten much better food at much lower prices. If you want to watch the footy and have a pint, its fine. But totally forget the food option, its atrocious and they should be really embarrassed after the money they spent making this into a 'posh' local. fix the terrible food!

We had a family dinner, the service was outstanding, our meals were served in a timely manner all at the same time. The waiters were kind, friendly and very efficient. This was our first time to the restaurant as we were visiting family. Would highly recommend putting this hotel in the agenda to visit. It's in a great location near on the western side of Adelaide in close proximity to the beaches and airport. It has recently undergone renovations and was clean and appealing inside. Also plenty of tv screens to view weekend sports.

I think some of the staff need to remember it’s a pub ( publican house) not an exclusive club.
Bottle shop manager needs a reality check.
Not all negative the boys are great, and gaming staff are fantastic. As I have been going there for 10 years. Spent plenty of time and money, I was told not to go back, because of a minor incident which is to be expected in ANY venue that offers customer service. Unfortunately I will spread the word. Good luck

Came here for dinner with some mates and got the rawest steak of my life ! It pretty much Mooed at me from the plate.
This is medium rare steak with a ‘garden salad’ apparently…
The shared plates were also SO average and could fit the whole meal of the starter in the palm of my teeny tiny hand.
Super ripped off.
In terms of the upgrade - looks fab ! Just needs to work on the food.

I enjoy the steak nights here, but they don't serve them 'to my liking' as I like it well-done and with garlic sauce, and one of the last times, it was served medium-rare and I made the chef redo it. Also, please don't put salt on my chips.
And for the price, it's not worth it. I don't expect a 5cm strip of steak; a whole piece would be excellent, or drop the price by 2/3.

Great location for the West, and shaping up to be a great layout, classic range of tap beers, however drops the ball on food. It's a real shame, got everything else going for it except for the food. Could be the gem of the west, please get it right guys

Very disppointing.. very expensive menu to pay for new renovations.. very average choice on menu. My aunt had the $42 lamb shank special.. only one not no large shank with very runny mash and no other vegs. The special dips.. should have read dip. Only one very bland dip.. had to ask for main meals after waiting 30 minutes and our meals were forgotten. For senior meals should should offer $20 without drink instead of only one option of $25 with a drink. Would not return.. far too many nice food and service options out there
