I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely professional. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless and had a lovely, fresh scent throughout, which made it feel even more inviting.

While the room wasn't the biggest, it was perfectly cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially great – really comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. I also appreciated the little touches that made the room feel homey, like the thoughtful amenities and the cleanliness.

If you're planning to visit Newcastle, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful experience just like I did!

Rooms are new, very small but it’s a budget hotel. Huge bed crammed at one end. Light switch is next to the bed great for the middle of the night but hopeless if you enter the room in the dark. Blinds and curtains operated by buttons. Linen was clean and towels were good quality. Room itself was clean. Bathroom is nice with a waterfall shower head and plenty of room in the shower. Lots of toiletries provided. The mini bar was sparse but not too overpriced, no beer or wine but little snacks.

Parking is extra and a little expensive.

Room on the 3rd floor was extremely quiet.

There isn’t much in the way of bars or cafes close by at this location and it’s not a walking friendly bit of Newcastle.

I have found my new favourite hotel in Newcastle. Extremely well fitted out from the pillows to the shower. So far I cannot fault it. Great location with ocean views and impressive lounge. Staff are great, attentive and seem to be well trained

This place is so good! Its well thought out, everything you need and nothing you dont. Service was amazing, people who actually had conversations. The hospitality venues are smart, with systems that make life easy for customer and staff. The library and bar a highlight. The gym fantastic. Use of technology really impressive and use of text messaging service etc well used. One of the best I've stayed in.

This was my second time staying at the Little National at Newcastle and I still believe this is my favourite hotel to stay in. The location is very close to all restaurants and bars in Honeysuckle and you get great views of the water from the rooms. The bed is truly the most comfiest thing you will ever sleep on and the other hotel amenities feel luxurious. I was required to do some work during the hotel stay and the library offers great working spaces with a great coffee machine too!! I wanted to give a shout out to Riley as he was beyond welcoming when we arrived. Definitely book this hotel if you plan to stay in Newcastle, it won't disappoint.

We had a beautiful stay at the Little National Newcastle. The facilities are amazing, everything is brand new and spotlessly clean.

The hotel is well situated close to light rail and train services.

Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Specifically, shout out to James in the bar on Level One. He always ensured we were looked after, recommended drinks and places to go while in Newcastle.

The rooms were perfect, we had a great time and I’d happily stay again.

Super modern and clean hotel in a great location. They make considerable sustainability efforts with optional house cleaning / towel replacement and sustainable products, but it's not super budget - there are still some little luxuries like robes, slippers, dental kit etc. Plus complimentary Lindt chocs and a beautiful tea set up. Gym is really good too - huge, lots of free space and great equipment.

Great service from James at the bar on level 1, desk staff very pleasant.
Rooms too small, ok for one person, but if there are 2 of you, one has to crawl over the other to get out or in bed.
Very clean and quiet.
Just a bad bed set up.
