The motel isn’t that bad, but if you have room 17 expect noise from above from 5pm-11pm where they run up and down the halls, banging and clanging what they are doing up there I have no idea but something…. Will NOT stay here again…
The front door down the bottom I can see daylight out of it….For something that is meant to be clean there is cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and a bottle of something under the bunk bed….

Reasonably priced, friendly service, clean room. There was a problem with my room, was addressed immediately upon bringing this to the managers attention. Would definitely book again.

A last minute stop on the way home from a family wedding. ||The room we got was nothing like the rooms shown on their website ||Room was dusty, bathroom floor was gritty and slippery, shower was mouldy and towel rail broken, bed had hairs in it and on the quilt that werent ours, the bed sheets were stained and so was the quilt. Top of fridge was filthy. Cutlery dirty and sticky, room waste bin was filthy. ||Never again!!

Bed was comfy shower was hot but very bad water flow just a trickle really small fridge tv was bad no channels no signal not close to main centre of town on hwy but our room was at back so not to much noise

Don't stay in room 18 it is terrible! People living above stomp around banging doors until all hours & the door to the adjoining room blocks out no noise. Could hear the neighbours television & phone conversations as if it were in my room!
However:
When requested, I was moved to another room with no problem. My fault to not say something about it earlier!
Nice people, clean, comfortable rooms will definitely stay again... not in room 18 🙂

We had an absolutely amazing time at Lithgow motor inn. It was good and comfortable within the budget. Nice location ?
