Great place to go to the racing the viewing is amazing

Last minute decision as usual, quickly got organised and headed off.
Sat upstairs, got the best view of the track. We could see those magnificent horses heading down the straight to the finish line.
Met a lovely couple who had been involved in the racing for a long time, the husband an ex-jockey and the loving supportive wife.
We've seen the dogs the dogs there as well, superb venue to enjoy an great afternoon.

'Twas a shame they couldn't see the advertised rain on Lismore Cup day. No straw or anything to cater for wet grounds. Just boggy, muddy entrances around cordoned areas. Poor form, management.

Had a fun time at grandchildren's cross country sports...well organised. Had THE most delicious fresh ham and salad sandwich ever. Lovely setting
