Booked here, was given a room down a back alley, next to rubbish bins and empty dinner plates left on the ground. Got to the room. (Room 118). It was unlocked, the beds hadn't been made, there was staining on the sheets that were piled in the middle of the bed, not cleaned, place smelt horrible. Smelled so bad that we couldn't stay for another minute. Did not look anything like the pictures (imagine the opposite). Was told it was non refundable. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Unfortunately left (ran out) before I could take photos.

I was very happy with my night stay . Unfortunately the hotel was flooded in the big flood fortunately for me everything in the room was new. Bed was comfortable and room and bathroom was clean. Would definitely stay there again

Worst room I have ever stayed in on a business trip. I am very sorry for what the owners have gone through in past years with the flood, but don’t charge people for sub standard accommodation. Dirty stains on lots of surfaces and obvious water damage repair jobs on the walls. A wire rack to place your clothes on was rusty. An ashtray outside the room was full of cigarette butts. Will never go back. The room looked nothing like the one-line marketing photo.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! There is no bathroom door! No privacy to poop. Other visitors complained of the same. Management is aware. Property should advertise there being no bathroom privacy.

Very strange staff. Of their own kind.... I'm not impressed. I arrived 4 min earlier for the check-in (1:56m), but the manager was watching me knocking on a closed glass door with utter indifference. when the clock hit 2.00pm, he came to open the door without any apology.......
Rooms were too untidy... Watched a cleaning staff girl with anger and frustration.. Told me the story of the motel, even before I went into the room.

Omg this would have to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos must be before the flood but it is really in need of some TLC, seriously how can you rent out rooms that still have signs of the flood damage that still hasn’t been cleaned. The basin was disgusting with brown stains all over and the ceiling had paint peeling off everywhere, the bin lid was still full of mud that had never been cleaned.

good location |bed comfy|shower pressure great|not real clean|my feet were dirty after a shower and could feel dirt on the floor |there was tooth paste spashes on the tap and mirror from last people and lots of hair behind the door|the garbage bins get rolled down the driveway at crack of dawn and wake you up|just dont get the room right on the drive way where we were |so for $200 a night i wasnt real impressed

I recently spent a week in Lismore Ciry Motor Inn and I was so impressed! The room was spacious and well appointed and was absolutely spotless. The ensuite well designed with a lovely big shower. the motor inn is so close to the centre of town! 5 minutes walk in opposite directions had me at the two significant shopping areas in Lismore. . I loved that it was a refreshing 5 minute walk on a safe well lit street to grab a late night boba and marvel at the vibrant and joyful locals of Lismore. The staff were friendly and accomodating, the same open friendliness I experienced from all in Lismore. I highly recommend Lismore City Motor Inn and Lismore itself for your next holiday.
