Lisianna is a hidden delight on the Esplanade in Scarness Hervey Bay Queensland. It is owned and run by a delightful couple and our apartment was tastefully decorated and close to the beach and restaurants in Scarness. It was our first time there and we have rebooked for December this year 2025.

Great location on the beach front. Short walk possible with kids to coffee shops and playgrounds and plenty of restaurants. Room was perfect for our family of 4. They accommodated us requesting the beds be moved for our travel cots. Owners are lovely. Priced well for a 2 bedroom apartment with everything we needed in it. Would return again

The unit has only been partially renovated but nicely done. The kitchen still has an old stove and sink and there's no exhaust fan. The utensils, electric fry pan and toaster need replacing and there were no oven gloves. The bathroom has no exhaust fan either. The air conditioner is old and not adequate enough to cool down the unit and the temperature was unable to be adjusted. We were there for 10 days and our linen, towels, tea towel and dish cloth weren't laundered and there weren't any spares. There were small ants in the cupboard, on the bench top and table so pest control needed. There was a storm one night and we had wind blown rain coming under the door which resulted in a large puddle of water on the kitchen floor. There was a problem with the glass sliding door leading out to the little balcony locking if it was closed right up tight when outside. Thankfully we found that out while someone was inside and could unlock it! I feel the unit is overpriced compared to the previous place we stayed in last year for the same price which had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and well equipped kitchen and much larger. The communal laundry appliances need upgraded. The owners were very welcoming and pleasant on arrival.

It's a very beautiful place to stay at, right across the beach. We got upstairs unit and it had very beautiful sea view. The apartment looked newly renovated. However, it is not sound proof and people from downstairs complaint about our toodlers making noise. The whole unit had only one air-condition so in summer it took a while to cool the front and room as well. Other rooms have fan thou but in summer fans don't work too well.

Been a few years since we stayed, 3 times to date. Great location, great care takers on our recent visit. Older complex, being modernised, very clean, comfortable, highly recommend.

Could not ask for a better place in this price range. We stayed for 4 nights and it felt very comfortable and clean.

This is my 3rd visit to Hervey Bay this year and in my budget, I can easily say this is the best so far.

Apartment had been renovated except for the bathroom. It was comfortable and clean. Annoying constant noise from a downstairs renovation underway though and ironically we had complaints from other tenants of our children being noisy!! Obviously the building, 1970s is not very sound proof. Also, the car parking situation was quite rustic, fly screens torn, and pay as you use laundry facilities.

Just had a two night stay here with our daughter and her partner. |We were so impressed. What a fabulous time we have had all round. |They have just been taken over by new owners who couldn’t do enough to help. They are in the process of renovating each one so we were pleasantly surprised it was very modern and fresh.|The apartment was on the 1st floor and had a beautiful view of the sea. It was jammed packed with everything you’d need for your stay. |There’s a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes for a nominal cost.|The location is excellent too and plenty of free parking within a few yards|Lots of places to eat and a lovely walk along the coast
