I have had many, many caramel slices from many, many cafes but I have to say, Lisa’s Pattisetie does the BEST caramel slices I have ever eaten!!! I don’t know what it is about them, they’re just so good. The ratios of caramel to chocolate to biscuit, the taste and style of the biscuit, the caramel texture, the sweetness of the chocolate, it’s all just perfection. I cannot express how good the caramel slices from this place are. I am literally eating one as I type this and oh my how I which this caramel slice was immortal. How i could just constantly have a never ending caramel slice from Lisa’s Pattisserie in my fridge, waiting for me when I am hungry. It’s just good, you know? So, so good. If they ever shut down or stop doing caramel slices, I will truly be heartbroken. So if someone from the patisserie ever reads this, know someone out there really, REALLY likes your caramel slices, and thank the person making them from me. If anyone is going by Pymble station, try one!!! (But leave some for me too pls).

Been coming here since I was in primary school in 2003. I just moved back to the area and dropped by. It’s still amazing as it always has been! Great pastries and fresh bread.

This bakery makes the most delicious cakes, pastries and sweets. Everytime I eat from here it is always 10/10 their caramel slice is absolutely delicious and is the best I have ever had. Really great bakery, reccomend going here.

Got a Vietnamese pork roll there today well I don't think they are Vietnamese at all, the roll was half the size of a normal one just a little bigger than a dinner roll, and I get them all over Sydney but they still want top money for it, also they don't include the pate on the roll.
No thanks can get much better elsewhere.
