What a wonderful first experience with Liquid Zen. I phoned to make enquiries, Kristy promptly answered my call, was patient with answering all my questions and mere hours later she was warmly welcoming me for my first float.
Kristy introduced me to my float room and how to use it. The float room was spacious and made me feel like I was floating in a little world of my own. It initially felt a little difficult to switch off but then it became so relaxing that I fell asleep.
Perhaps my favourite part of the whole experience was returning to the lounge area where I was greeted by Kate who had peppermint tea waiting for me and asking me how I enjoyed the experience. She stayed briefly then left, allowing for me to sit, reflect and to rest peacefully. I felt no sense of being rushed. It was the perfect way to end the session. I felt a complete sense of calm and ease from beginning to end.
I signed up for a monthly membership and am already looking forward to my next float, as well as trying out the sauna too.

I highly recommend Liquid Zen to those seeking to relax and unwind.

Went here yesterday for my first floating experience and wasn’t really sure what to expect. I laid down in that lovely water and couldn’t settle my mind so I focused on my body (as is suggested by Liquid Zen) then I could feel SO many unusual sensations in my stomach and back. I continued to focus on these sensations as not good or bad, just sensations. After the hour my body was so light in the water it was amazing. When I had to get out I felt my body was so hesvy it was difficult to stand.

I became extremely emotional after this session which I believe that the Lquid Zen helped raise these emotions to the surface. It was an amazing experience.

I won’t be back as I don’t live in Launceston. If I don’t find something similar where I live I’ll move to Launceston!
