Had the most lovely of stays at Linley House. The hosts were super accomodating and so wonderful to us checking in each day and being very helpful with transport info etc. The room was absolutely gorgeous with everything you could possibly want and the most spectacular garden view. I definitely would stay there again, such an affordable price for the best service and everything that’s included.

The room smelt dank and musty. Very steep driveway, firm big. bed, bathroom sink was not cleaned, but the rest was. There was also noisy footsteps coming from above at 8am
Contrary to the owners response i did stay here.

Had a fantastic stay at Linley House!!! Due to work commitments I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and theoretically should of left at check out time of 10am. But Helen allowed me to stay for hours beyond that time! I could not highly recommend Linley House to anyone that was thinking about staying there!

We stayed 5 nights with hosts Chris and Helen. Excellent hospitality and location! They were both very helpful and accomodating. Great breakfast every morning and lounge area with coffee/tea. Chris even offered to take us to the ferry wharf couple of times. Great tourist sites to view from ferry to Circular Quay. If you prefer b&b's with personal touch and a feel of home look no further! We will definitely stay with them again and can highly recommend Linley House as great value.

I only needed one night between meeting and conference. This was a great experience. Helen and Chris made me feel welcome, had some great ideas for dinner and generally looked after me well. Had a great night sleep! They even put on breakfast early so I could get to the city intime (despite the traffic).||Great home, lovely facilities and warmly recommended.

I chose Linley House due to its proximity to my daughter's house in Gladesville. Our stay was very pleasant - the bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. Our hosts were very accommodating and Chris was kindness itself in helping us up and down the somewhat steep driveway. A very pleasant stay.

Chris and Helen made sure we had a perfect stay at linley house. The room was excellent and everything they promised. Chris helped us with all kinds of tips and advise about sightseeing and even public transport. Would recommend this b&b to everyone. Chris and Helen are the best!

Wonderful accommodation in a lovely spot, Helen and Chris are extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Room and all facilities spotless and very comfortable, easy access to the city and surrounds. Far more enjoyable than a hotel.
