The property is in a great location, not far from the airport or cruise terminal. Plenty of eateries within walking distance.
The only negative I have is our room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke

Stayed a night while in Brisbane. 15 minute drive from airport. Easy after hours check in, staff were very helpful on the phone, convient early check out options. The room was spacious and very very clean. Definitely will be returning to stay.

Great location, large rooms, friendly staff. The couch & armchair in our room (938) should be replaced or deep cleaned to get rid of some stains. Ceiling fans very dusty, but otherwise very comfortable. Good bed. Bathroom was clean.

Great location. Just pop out the door to grab a cup of coffee from the shops down below. Had a great night sleep. Spacious one bedroom apartment - everything you need in it. Very efficient checkin service (and thorough explanation of how to get to the parking down below which was super helpful)

This was a good surprise. Great location near the river, in the middle of several restaurants and an IGA. A very large apartment with separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom and a well equipped kitchen and reasonable size TV. It was relatively new and in very good condition with a comfortable bed and pillows, a very spacious shower with good towels. There is a small balcony, a small dining table and laundry facilities. Ideal if you want to stay for a week or more. Quiet! Parking is included. Good location between the airport, gateway and the city. Very reasonable price $260 pn. We checked in at reception and the staff member was friendly and helpful.

Smelly AC, dirty toaster & coffee machine, shower head’s holder had mold, a dirty glass with lipstick on it, the hairdryer handle was all sticky.Netflix didn’t work.
