Super comfy bed, updated room that is spacious and clean. The garden is immaculately trimmed, a good sign that the room will be up kept well and so it was. We walked to the lagoon and Victory Memorial garden and discover that its location is suitable for people passing through the town or visiting the hospital. It was a quiet, comfortable, very pleasant stay for us.

Stayed at room 19 which unfortunately had a huge mosquito problem. I swatted at least 30 mozzies before I gave up and asked for help at the reception to be told it is the season and they couldn't do much about it. Was graciously given bug spray instead.

The AC didn't work and left us sweltering in one of the hottest days of the year. Pool is green.

Clearly the other rooms may have been better based on other reviews, YMMV. Was not cheap either.

The cold water at the reception was a nice touch.

Neat, clean rooms with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities you could need. Have stayed a few times and received friendly service each time. Most recently I left my phone charger there by accident and they mailed it down to me in Melbourne in just a couple of days!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lincoln Cottage Motor Inn, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The moment I walked into the room, I was greeted with an immaculate space that was not only clean but also smelled incredibly fresh. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which is always a top priority for me when staying anywhere.

The bed was super comfortable, even had an electric blanket to keep me warm with the cold weather.

The service was another highlight of my stay. The staff were accomodating, considering I had called with such late notice and needed to be flexible with my stay. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it truly made my stay memorable.

I’m a motel Manager myself & I was impressed with this motel! Our Room was spacious & very clean. The beds are very comfortable & the shower is fantastic… waterfall shower head with great water pressure. Staff are very friendly. Great value for money ?. We will be back!

From the moment we arrived we could tell the place was going to be amazing, the amazing lady who checked us in was very understanding and helpful. The rooms where very cozy your average motel style rooms but the staff made it feel like home away from home. The location is also very close to the Market Place and Food

Immaculately clean, well appointed, comfy bed, excellent electric blanket. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. My room was warmed, and fresh milk in the fridge waiting for me with a late check-in. Highly recommended.
