Mum and I had reflexology here and we really enjoyed it. Although at times it felt more like a massage than genuine reflexology. The staff didn’t speak English well, but were friendly and polite. We would definitely go back again.

I had booked over the phone for 6:00pm full body massage. When I arrived a guy answered me asking what I was there for he seemed annoyed? I told him I was booked in at 6 he said take a seat then left to the back end of the room . I waited 20mins and during that waiting period I seen a woman poking her head around from the curtains looking to see if I was still there she did this a few times but never bothered to say anything? In the end I thought I am not waiting around anymore what’s the point they close at 7 and I wasted 20mins waiting around with no one even telling me what’s going on ? So much for the booking?

First time visiting this place. I was in a lot of pain and had a remedial massage with Cici. Communication was a little difficult but she was very good. She had a good understanding of the body and able to identify problems that I had. The facility was clean. I recommend this place and will return.

The best, most targeted, deep tissue massages I've ever had (and I've had alot) I'll not go anywhere else in Launceston now.

Booked a 45 minute deep tissue massage and 20 minute cupping. When asked about problem areas, i requested to focus on shoulders, neck and apply cupping to those areas.
The man had very poor technique, mostly used his elbow. Cupping was done during the massage and was very loose. Only used 8 cups for my entire body.
Room was very cold too
I paid $110 and i was only there for 40 minutes. Wont be going back and do not recommend!
Waste of money!

Me and my friend have been in Launceston for 4 days and we have both had 3 massages here! Cece was absolutely amazing and so was Frank. I feel the negative review is someone that doesn’t want these guys to succeed as we couldn’t fault them. As someone that has a weekly massage I would say the massages here are extremely good and way above your average massage. I had a headache that Cece was able to get rid off and she also gave me some good tips for Lymph detoxification. Feel very confident going here for a massage, you won’t be disappointed!

As soon as the woman started I knew she was not trained. It was terrible! I stopped her and asked for another therapist, and endured a half hour of the worst massage I’ve had, trying to give him tips, but it turns out he had no training either. That is dangerous.
As a massage therapist, I’m telling you do not go here. They obviously do not train their staff or care about people’s bodies they just want to make money off the community. What a waste of money and a big disappointment, I should have walked out but I’m too nice 🙄

I go to this masseuse few times a month, she is quite strong and does very good massage, helps a lot with tension in my neck, back and headaches. Highly recommend.
