I have seen many of my friends stay here at this well appointed homes. All fully lock up at front gate. No codes, no entry and it is as simple as that. All homes are in great condition. Have been inside many of them and found them lovely. Cheers big ears

This place has a security gate, a pool, game room with pool table, and an exercise room. The rooms are great and the beds are so comfortable. The staff are helpful and pleasant. It is really a great place to stay. We loved it.

We stayed at Lillypilly Resort Apartments over the Christmas period and could not have been any happier. The accommodation is first rate; far and above anything else you will find in the Rockhampton area for the price. We stayed in a fully equipped townhouse that had everything that anyone could possibly need: full kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning throughout, single lockup garage, lovely courtyard...I could go on and on! It was the perfect place to spend a few days away from home as it really did feel like home. |The complex itself has a pool, games room and gym. There are also BBQ facilities and the complex is gated, so it is nice and safe and secure. The on site manager Jenni was very friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. |If you are looking for a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in the Rockhampton area, you cannot go past Lillypilly Resort Apartments. Fantastic facilities for a fantastic price. We will definitely be back.

LillyPilly is a great townhouse style resort.
Visited Graham and his amazing team who looked after us for our school sports event in Rockhampton.

Spacious rooms, super cold air conditioner, big wash machine and dryer,
Kitchen clean , very usable.
Good size pool, is open to sun all day,
Nice bbq area.

Will be our regular when visiting Rockhampton and Gracemere.

I booked at 2 bedroom apartment for myself and my children (boys 10 & 12). Jenni (the on-site manager) is wonderful to deal with, as real asset to the property.||The apartment itself is great. Reasonable size, good quality furnishings, comfy beds and large bathrooms. Fast wifi internet access both in the apartment, and also in the public areas.||Great facilities as well, we took a swim in the lighted pool every evening. There is also a gym and pool table as well as outdoor BBQs and seating.||I really couldn't recommend Lillypilly enough. We will certainly be returning.

We recently travelled down to Rockhampton for 2 weeks to complete our University placement. We stayed at Lillypilly Resort apartments and could not rate it better. Your stay begins with meeting Jenni at reception, who is just gorgeous. She will help you out in anyway she can. Then you head around to your apartment and believe me when I say WOW!!! Stunning, modern, spacey and wifi incl. Everything is comfort plus. A cleaner comes once a week to help maintain the unit. We really couldn't rate it any more than we have. Absolutely impressed and will pass on to all we know. Very affordable, especially if you're a uni student, travelling in a group. Value for money with that Home away from home feel.

Excellent place to stay if you're in the Rockhampton area. Very comfortable apartments with great air con, wifi and Foxtel, the pool and pool table was great for kids and the BBQ area made it easy to host friends. Would absolutely come back here given how reasonable the prices. Jenni the mamnger was really helpful and understanding!

Decided to stay out at Gracemere as it would be quieter then in Rocky. It was beautiful and quiet.
The unit was very clean, facilities fantastic and having a lockup garage was a real bonus.
