I visited Lilianfels specifically for the spa and I left feeling absolutely incredible. Carina gave me the cocoon bliss treatment and safe to say I’ve not experienced anything like it before. Carina made sure I was comfortable and relaxed and tailored the massage and facial to my needs and skin type. She is truly incredible. The whole experience as well as the before and after spa care were incredibly luxurious, don’t bother reading more reviews, just book yourself in!

My mum and I visited the spa today, I got treatment from Lyn and my mum had Larissa. Both beautiful ladies ❤️
Most amazing and relaxing 2 hours for our package, we both left feeling completely in bliss! It’s so great you have use of all the facilities as well around the time of your booking.
We’ll definitely be back!!

I can't speak highly enough about this place. What a beautiful experience we were given. The breakfast was incredible. The gardens felt like a national treasure. The service was impeccable and felt very natural and genuine. Probably the best service I have experienced anywhere.

STUNNING place. Had our wedding be in the secret garden, it was the perfect intimate spot. Stayed there for our honeymoon and we were stoked by the hot and cold breakfast buffet. Room series late at night had a delicious warm brownie. Amazing view of the mountains. Room had a working fireplace. Quirky shops and great restaurants nearby.

We stayed here on the 20 th 21st of October accommodation a gift from our three daughters and their families, for our ruby wedding anniversary,also happened to be my birthday on the 21 st October.We dined in the restaurant the food was absolutely first class as was the service. On the night of my birthday we finished our meal and I mentioned it was my birthday to the young male waiter he was so lovely offering to get me something special to celebrate.Later knocking at my door with a small plate of sweets and a candle .I appreciated this very kind gesture.Overall recommend highly the room service and location.

This hotel is well located for the excellent canyon views and walks nearby. It is very good although slightly old-fashioned. The front desk staff are particularly good. The smart restaurant only operates part of the week in winter. They do seem to have events and when these are on, the restaurant bar slightly struggles otherwise it’s good. Very good spa and there is a snooker table in the Club Room. The wines by the glass could be improved. Once you have fought through the tourists at the ‘Three Sisters’, try driving 20 minutes up the road to upmarket Blackheath which has even more stunning views but without the crowds.

Fantastic service from staff. High Tea was amazing, bar was relaxing and lovely atmosphere & service was excellent.
Rooms are very clean but tv was a disappointment to old ,no movies extra channels . Bar fridge was empty . Rooms are quiet dated . Room service was excellent so helpful and room was very clean.
Day spa was disappointing no spa to relax in , very dated not inviting at all . Staff in day spa were excellent just a shame it didn’t feel that exciting day/ spa feeling due to its needs interior designing & updating .

Visited for a special occasion to enjoy an afternoon high tea. It didn't disappoint. The welcoming staff member, Jo, was very accommodating and it was really nice she took time to speak with our two year old daughter. We enjoyed a lovely pot of tea (but traditional teaware would have been a nice touch to suit the occasion) and the tiered stand of scones, pastries and sandwich bites was both impressive and filling. It was a very comfortable and stylish lounge and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you.
