I’ve been here twice and I love it! The place is clean and quiet, and Poppy is the best—she really knows what she's doing. I always feel great after my massage. The prices are very reasonable. It would be awesome if they added an online booking option. I’ll definitely be coming back again for sure!

Happy I found this place, didn't have high hopes as it's hard to find a good massage therapist but this place was great! Receptionist/masseuse was professional, the place is clean and hygienic. The best thing was the massage got rid of the tightness and muscle soreness!!
Reasonably priced and even better if you have a health fund.

I had an incredible full-body, foot, and head massage with cupping from Nita, and she did a fantastic job. She knows the pressure points perfectly, and in just 90 minutes, she completely relaxed my frozen shoulder—something no other massage therapist has achieved before.

My wife had a massage with another therapist and went in with a swollen knee, pain, and redness. To our surprise, she walked out pain-free! We’ve been to many massage centers before, but this was by far the most relaxing and effective experience we’ve ever had.

Life Tree Massage is amazing! Every time I visit Sydney, I come here for a wonderful massage at a fantastic price. I always walk out feeling revived and refreshed. The staff are friendly and the premises is very clean. They also have a loyalty card you can get stamped for each time you attend and provide a complimentary bottle of water. Highly recommended!

I had been sore for a couple of weeks and in desperate need of a massage. My sister highly recommended this place to me and I can only say that I had the best experience with the team and the massage was beyond exceptional. My masseuse lady was Nina and she definitely made me feel relaxed and walked out with a lot less pain and discomfort in my body. I had Package 4 (70min massage with cupping)
The place is in beautiful condition newly renovated and very clean and it’s a bonus that they also accept private healthcare cards (HICAP)

This was one of my favorite massage spots in Sydney. Yesterday afternoon at 4 PM, my partner and I visited with good memories from our previous visits. However, the massage therapist I had intended to see was unavailable, and we were assigned a Chinese woman and a Taiwanese woman. I’m not sure who took care of me. The moment the massage began, I realized something was wrong. Instead of a proper massage, she hurriedly rubbed my body with her palms at an incredibly fast pace, without any real technique or feeling. It was clear that she didn’t want to be there, and I could sense it in her movements. By the end of the session, I felt no difference from before, and considering the high price I paid, I was extremely disappointed and regretful. This place had a great reputation, which made the experience even more disappointing. I know the high ratings are due to the quality of the place, but if the therapist who worked on me handles others the same way, I’m sure they’ll regret it just like I did. If staff training isn’t improved, everything will fall apart.

I had a back, neck, and arm massage with Nisa, and it was an incredible experience. Her technique was excellent—she applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve tension while ensuring the massage was deeply relaxing. She was attentive, professional, and knew exactly how to target problem areas. I left feeling completely refreshed and with much less stiffness.

Overall, the atmosphere was calming and clean making my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Nisa and will definitely be returning for another session.
