This restaurant is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2025 and it’s easy to see why - delicious food, good service and a beautiful setting.

Everything was so tasty and perfectly favoured. It was a delight for the taste buds.
The service was very friendly and personal.
Love this restaurant and I’ll be back for sure then next time I’m in Brisbane.

The food was simply outstanding! Fresh, incredible flavours and great options for the share platters. I enjoyed a couple of cocktails whilst my dining partners had a few beers. Service was very attentive and full of smiles. The venue itself is lovely. We sat outside and enjoyed the warmth and space and booked online, so no wait time. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Vietnamese-Inspired Dining Experience!

I had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Vietnamese-inspired restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations. Every dish was a beautiful fusion of flavors, showcasing the best of both traditional and contemporary Vietnamese cuisine.

The **Beef Bourguignon Milk Bun** was an absolute highlight – the milk bun was soft and fluffy, perfectly complementing the rich, tender beef bourguignon. It’s a must-try for anyone who appreciates a creative twist on classic dishes.

We also ordered the Northern Banquet, which was an incredible selection of dishes. Each plate was bursting with fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and the perfect balance of spices.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, flavorful dining experience!

We got the "I'm hungry" 69pp banquet. The pork rolls with lettuce wraps and the truffled chicken were absolutely fantastic! I also enjoyed the Tainted Love cocktail and the mini lemon tarts. The waiter and bar attendant were great.

However, we found the pacing of the banquet quite slow, with 9 courses served at 3 instalments over 2.5 hours. Plates also weren't changed between courses, so by the end almost everything we ate tasted like birdseye chili from the papaya salad. We had to request new plates. We also ordered two of the Vanilla East cocktail, which was unexpectedly spicy. One was significantly spicier than the other and was difficult to drink, despite our general enjoyment of spicy food. I would really recommend including tabasco on the ingredient list if it's going to be a central flavour.

As a side note - expect to pay for parking, which set us back an extra $15 with no parking validation options.

Service staff was excellent. Green beans needed 2 more minutes to become tender crisp (or a longer blanch before stir frying). Meatballs were sublime. Eggplant: perfect. DIY papaya delicious, but why not just serve it mixed? Plush dining ambiance deserves an eclectic, evocative musical background instead of modern music. Wifi would allow visitors to catch up with guests who are late. Unfortunately, outdoor dining was closed. I would return to try more dishes. Careful- parking is $20 if you are one minute over 2 hours…

I had the pleasure of attending a meal that Libertine's a few weeks back with Brisbane PA Network.
Greet by a warm and friendly team, I cannot think of a time when more thoughtful and creativity was dedicated to our needs. We had a team of 8, of which 4 of us had dietary requirements. The team sat members in a certain way and for every dish, had several variations to meet all of the diverse (and we pushed it!) needs of the group.
Each meal was matched with a suitable wine option also, it was clear that the team worked hard to showcase all they had to offer.
The food was absolutely delicious. Full of flavour and vibrant taste. Every team was delightful and friendly and genuinely cared about our experience.
I would highly recommend this venue for fine dining, I also have very faith in the team's ability to handle corporate events and weddings.
The prices are more than reasonable for the absolute quality. There is are several spaces available, including indoor and outdoor, as well as some smaller quieter spaces inside.
I will be back!

Staff were helpful and attentive. Please keep up this amazing service, you stand out in comparison to other venues in Brisbane. Great value for money and the banquet is an excellent choice for group bookings. It makes it so much easier to organise and to navigate payment at the end. Food was sensational and a perfect amount. The food was overall enjoyable, though a few details let certain dishes down. For example, the lettuce in the duck wraps and some other dishes was quite tough and thick. The ambience was pleasant, although the venue is beginning to look a little tired. Service was friendly and professional, though staff could have been more attentive with drink orders—we had to call them over several times, and no one checked in after serving each dish to see if we needed anything further.
However, overall it was an excellent evening, and we had a wonderful time.
