I want to start with a positive, the staff were sweet.
But the service terrible, I won’t go here again, they need better quality shellac and to use enough product.
I’ve gotten infills there twice.
First time I was so happy with how the lady did them, with the amount of acrylic and shape and great timing! but the shellac was bad quality - thin/see through when getting French, in comparison to the other place in lakehaven and places in Tuggerah I usually go to.

The second time, was 2 weeks ago for infills, at the two week point my short/medium length round nails feel like they are lifting at the base.
The lady put the smallest bead of acrylic on for the infill I have ever seen! Usually they smother it on there and then buff it down.
She didn’t do much filing or buffing and the shape was maintained from when I filed them at home (filed after 2 weeks before my 3 week infill)

The lady seemed to have minimal experience in French tip, it’s uneven and not much coverage on the sides…
They look ok from a distance. I was in a rush so I just got them done and left. Shellac chipped off 1 nail 2 days later… I won’t go here again.

Went in for a full set of acrylics. Before I sat down I asked how much it would be because I only had a $50 (was originally only going to get polish) and she said $50 so I went and treated myself to acrylics. When I showed her a photo of square medium nails she cut the nail too short when I said longer and then filed them to a round shape. I then asked her to make it square so she then filed them to a coffin shape and burnt my cuticles. After all of that I thought I’d just shut up and make it to the end but she then rushed the paint job when I asked her to do another coat because you could still see streaks she started talking about me to her peers. The lady then left me at the station and got someone else to finish putting the oils n stuff on and then when I got up to pay the lady then said it was $60. When I said I’d only had $50 she then told me to go get more money but I told her I couldn’t and that’s all I had she started raising her voice at me until another customer came in and vouched for me. I don’t usually get my nails done but this I had reference photos and knew and communicated what I wanted. Never going back there again. Left crying in the middle of Lake Haven.

I went there for doing infill, but the man did it quickly and carelessly. He doesn't even give me time to choose the color. I asked for tips, it was the worst tips I have ever seen. Never back there

they got it done so quickly, they dont do half your nails then wait 5 minutes for someone else to do it. they werent rough, they dont add random charges while getting your nails done like other places do
